The nicest staff!

We stayed for 4 days in October and enjoyed our time there. The staff are good, the rooms are excellent and cleanliness is superb. There are good choices for breakfast but the cold selection is better than the hot. There are lots of places nearby to eat and drink and the bus service to Chania worked very well. We booked a classic swim up room mainly to ensure that we were on the ground floor. Internally, the room was excellent but the pool was so small as to be pointless - it would accommodate 4 people, but only if they were standing upright. I can only think that the rooms with bigger pools were 'superior swim up rooms'. I did not complain because when looking at the photo on the website, the 'classic swim up' was our actual room. As noted, the pool was less important to us, and I only mention it to help people to make the right choice in room booking.

Staff is very friendly, nice and helpful (reception, bar/restaurant, beach); helped us also with our trips, renting a car and restaurant recommendations; location on the beach with fine sand and sandy & easy entry into the sea (some days the sea is quiet, some days there are waves, not too big though); sign on the beach not to reserve/leave towels on sunbeds (very well appreciated); food and drinks at the restaurant; proximity to other beach clubs (if one prefers music at the beach) and good restaurants. Close to bus stop to Chania. On our next visit I will ask to avoid rooms very close to the reception - some guests coming back after midnight are noisy (not the hotel/staff fault)

This is a fantastic place to stay. Close to beautiful Chania and a great location from which to explore the western part of Crete. The beach is stunning, as are the sunsets and the several pools. The restaurant is top notch, food is fabulous and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean, very comfortable and modern. I would come back here again and again. Very highly recommended.

A relaxing 6 nights in this hotel. The hotel is located in-front of nice sandy beach. The breakfast was very nice and we have tried lunch and drinks too and all were very good. The restaurant staff exceed expectation very friendly. The views from the restaurant terrace are wonderful. The pool is small but as the beach was like a very huge pool we stayed most of the time at the beach. The reception team is always available very any inquiry and do their best to resolve any issue. Walking distance from the hotel are a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bus station. The rooms are always clean and tidy. We will go to this place again.
