Excellent views but the wifi signal is too poor to use. Excellent amenities. Bathroom door and fan are broken.

The spa is beautiful and everybody was really friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I first had a great antistress massage and later a facial treatment by Nikos. He is very capable and friendly. If you get a chance, i can highly recommend the spa!

We used to stay on the eastern side of Crete. This year we decided to go to the mountains, to the south and to the islands. So we chose a hotel closer to the port but with the possibility to enjoy the hospitality of Greece. The hotel is attracted by it’s convenient location - 30-40 minutes to Heraklion by bus. It’s beautiful territory with possibility to walk around the local village in the evening. We were very pleased with the time we spent atthis hotel, because it were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They were over really helpful to make our stay enjoyable. The manager Tatiana, was extremely responsive. She did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The attention of the hotel management and staff in matters of guest satisfaction amazes even experienced tourists. The hotel has a beautiful gym with huge windows overlooking the sea. My request for for yoga mats for yoga was satisfied almost at once and new mats appeared in the hall. Another location offers a panoramic view of the sea from two sides, so you can watch gripping sunrises and sunsets. The silence and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel allow you to relax and gain strength. Even when the hotel is packed with guests, an amazing feeling of peace from the care of the staff is created. We had there for breakfasts + dinners, but since the breakfasts had a great variety of mouthwatering food, we didn’t even want to have lunch. In the evening after dinner, you can take a walk around the local village, where, by the way, you can also have dinner and if you want something special, or go to the local shops. Breathtaking sunrises will always remain in our hearts and minds. I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I would like to thank each other very much for everything, although not everything was smooth, but everything was resolved in our favor. You have a very nice hotel and a charming garden (area), which was ideal for us to take photos. In the week that we were there, we didn't miss anything at all. I definitely recommend it

We had a lovely stay. It was end of season and the resort was only half full, they were also closing a day early so had arranged our transfer to another hotel at no cost to ourselves. In addition because of this we were upgraded. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. This was really useful when arranging days out (make sure you have cash!). The resort was quiet and only one Ala carte restaurant was still open (it was good). I really liked the private beach and the bar was great, especially with having light snacks as well. It was nice to get nuts etc at other bars as well when having a drink in the evening. The facilities are a little care worn, clearly some maintenance required, did worry I was taking my life in my hands with the power socket in our room, it was very loose and the sink felt a little unsteady. The food was good standard buffet, so a night after a couple of days is required. It's a very short walk to the village beach front which has sufficient choice even at this time of year. I would certainly like to go again and see what it is like at a busier time, but great if you like the piece and quiet at end of season.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were grateful with there help in organising days out for our family. Note as the resort is quite far out, expect to be the first pick up and last drop off. Due to attending in their last week, the resort being half empty, and many activities and most of the resort ala carte restaurants had closed for the season, plus having to relocate for our last day. We enjoyed an free upgrade. The resort itself is spacious and we liked the private beach and bar. It did feel quite exclusive with the resort being quiet, which was nice. Fully inclusive was great as it included drinks and snacks which was nice. The all inclusive buffet food is standard fair and after a couple of days a night out is required. The remaining ala carte restaurant was good. It was clear they had had a busy season as the resort in places was looking a little care worn (hence closing early for maintenance). I would certainly look to go again in a busier season to see what it was like when all the facilities and activities were up and running.

I was very impressed with my stay. My bungalow was well positioned for privacy while still open to enjoy the natural surroundings. I loved having my own little piece of heaven amid beautiful flowers & foliage. I even loved the walks I took to & from meals (a whole other wonderful). Walks long enough to appreciate the property but short enough whenever I was ready to escape back to heaven. The various rooms within the buildings reminded me of art found in magazines. The creative attention given to pleasing all five senses was apparent and I commend the resort staff for a job well done. The only regret that I have is more cultural than anything. I am saddened that it seemed difficult to make a connection with the local population. I am accustomed to meeting new people who offer a demeanor that invites others to want to learn about them & their community; their culture. However, that was Greece in general, NOT the resort. If anyplace offered the beauty & comfort to make a trip more than dreamed, it is Out of The Blue Resort & Spa.

They were able to accommodate us same day, when our other hotel was in a bad area. The staff are professional, kind, friendly and very helpful. The grounds are large and safe with May options for food and activity. Their beach access is beautiful, and a short walking distance to “Fishface” beach, which has spectacular views and sea caves. We stayed 3 days and wished we could have stayed longer!

Stay away !!! it is not a resort it is a simple hotel. It is very big, the maintenance is very low. The food is horrible, the rooms (we need to switch the rooms because there was a terrible liking problem after the rain) are not clean, full of bugs and mosquitoes. we had a room with a private pool. the pool was dirty with lots of leaves and mosquitoes. It's not recommended at all.
