Information regarding vegetarian food. Non-veg food is served in the hotel. Cheater cheater cheater.

Water in hotel was not available in morning from 5 am onward s after continuous follow it was made available only after 6 am

My wife first came to check out the room in November. The same one we saw on the website. When she came they showed her the same exact room as shown on the website. It was nice. Then they told us not to book online because it's better if we book at the hotel. They wanted to charge us 1500 inr more than the site, so we refused. My wife booked it online. Then when we came to check in, the room they gave us was a different room. Not the one shown in the photos online. It was a Terrible room. The tv did not work at all and the window shade would not close. So it was really bright in the room, sun side. The bathroom shower curtain looked so old, I wanted to puke. Not the one shown in the photo, it had glass doors. So we complained and asked for the room from the photos. So yea they changed our room. The we started to relax in the room, but then noticed there was no window shade on 1 of the windows as well. But atleast it was not on the sun side. Then we tried to lay on the bed. The sheets wernt really clean. And the bed wasn't really comfortable. The next morning we went for a shower. No hot water at all. We even let the water run for atleast 20 minutes. And still no hot water. They ensured us they had hot water after we asked, and they wernt sure what was wrong. And they didn't have another room available. The water was freezing cold. At night trying to sleep, there was so much noise, inside the building between 11pm and 4am. It was so hard to sleep. Right above us was so much noise. Only giving it 3 stars because the staff, not the front desk or the guy that tried to charge us more, but the room service staff was very nice and accommodating. With that being said, next trip to Ahmedabad. I will be looking for somewhere else to stay.. I understand it's not a Marriott. But please atleast have warm water so i could shower properly. Also when we checked in they scanned my passport, they kept pushing the scanner down and took the scan a few times. They flattened out my passport which is annoying now that it won't stay completely closed.

This place is ideal for family. Does not allow local people to stay and unmarried couples are not allowed. The rooms are very cosy and perfect for short stay. Very very clean and well maintained food quality was very good although variety was less nevertheless it's worth the price. I paid rs 280 for lunch and 350 for dinner

Booking from mmt was very smooth, stay was also good as this was studio appartment with good size kitchen & living area.
