Worst hotel I have ever seen Family holiday? DO NOT BOOK this hotel Unfriendly No hot water Not clean More basic than BASIC No such thing as all inclusive in here Food is not for tourists only Turkish people No ice creams No snacks No Wifi Beds are awful Towels are dirty The glasses for beers as so small and filthy, so old nothing in this place is fresh or has been replaced in about 10 years This has simply ruined our holiday DO NOT BOOK THIS place it is not for the British tourist and it’s about a 30minute walk from the town Awful - Disgraceful - dirty - neglected and horrible people makes it even worse

absolutely disgusting, is not 4 star I wouldn't even give it 1. Rooms are filthy with broken furniture and dirty beds, a lot of the amenities were broken. we had no hot water the whole time we stayed and had to have cold showers, our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there and was not given any clean towels or bedding. The food was terrible, cold boiled eggs and salad for breakfast everyday with last nights left overs served alongside it. plates, cups, tables were dirty and not cleaned after use with flies everywhere. We had to eat out the whole time we were there after paying for all inclusive. We braved the evening meal on the last night of our stay and my partner was severely sick on our flight home with myself becoming ill once we were back home that evening both of us have lost time from work due to this. Staff were very rude, did not like being asked for anything most of the staff were just lounging by the pool or bar all day and night I thought maybe they were on holiday too from their lack of work lol. Don't waste your money on this place, Antalya its self is beautiful and this was its saving grace.

This hotel does not meet the status of 4 stars, so it is not good everywhere, the food is bad, the choice of food is small, the internet was paid even though the agency said it was charged, the last day I had to be tired because I had diarrhea and when we started talking to the vacationers, it turns out that most of the people were sick. The only thing the plus point is the masseurs who really do their job 10 points.

Absolutely disgusting . Staff rude and didn’t act on complaints . Hovered round you while eating /drinking sweeping your plates off you before you’d finished . Hotel was dirty . Thick dust in room and don’t look under beds as there full of hair and skin and dirt . Stained sheets pillowcases and towels . Room only cleaned once during stay then was a sweep of floor and bin emptied . No clean towels left . Food was disgusting always cold and no labels on so wasn’t sure what you was eating . Plates cups and plastic beakers dirty . My partner and myself where I’ll 2 nd day in with sever diarrhoea and still suffering after returning home which has led to us having stool samples taken to see what we have caught possibly from contaminated water . Hotel smelt of sewers and at least 3 other guests we spoke to were ill too. Spent all our money eating and drinking away from hotel . I could go on the list was endless but for own safety unless you want to be ill stayaway !! No way was it a 4 star hotel . Wants shutting down 😡🤮

This hotel is awful. Don't waste your money. Suppose to be 4 star!!!no way is it that. Food awful rooms dirty. Had to eat out all of our stay. Although we had paid for all inclusive staff didn't care only wanted tip every time you asked for anything . People where being sick every day.luckly, we had money to eat and drink outwith this god awful place. We paid alot of money for this.has put us off turkey all together won't be back. Have already complained to loveholidays not that I think it will get me anywhere. Just don't want anyone else to waste there hard earned money. Could go and on. So if you have already booked this hotel cancel it's worth losing your deposit believe me

When we went to Kleopatra Ada Hotel Alanya Turkey we stayed in room 509 I notice there was a fire alarm was broken with wires hanging out looked like somebody tried to tape it off with black tape there was only one way out and in to are room the fire exit to far down the hall way so if there was a fire we couldn’t press the fire alarm to alert anybody or escape I think for anybody that’s a serious issue for safety reason a holiday for me is like a months wage and I blew it on a hotel that didn’t take safety seriously the hotel was lovely in its self time I stayed there cleaners didn’t come in once to clean the rooms we had to ask I usually leave tips for cleaners on this occasion I didn’t every time we went to reception for some think they fort we were drunk the food was nice hotel would be nice if it had better standards wish I could share the photos or videos of my experience as well as the text if this was the uk company would sack employees for not performing standards or a company would be close down for safety I don’t know who’s carrying out the ratings I don’t think it was worth 4 trip advisor has give it a generous 3 only if things was better maybe
