We arrived via the House boat (Our own) and reached their docking area. there was no one to greet or assist us and had to search for the reception on our own. I would suggest if you have a boat docking area keep a guard or close it . we then searching reached the reception and no one was there and when they came everyone was confused and surprised. We then entered our rooms which looked nice from the outside but not properly cleaned inside. 1. my brother upon entering the bathroom found Human hair 2. The duvet was stained badly 3. I went for a swimming to the swimming pool there was no pool attendant and this was around 6:30 pm while the pool closure is at 8 pm, only later did someone come and again dissappear even when there were guests around, there are also a lot of mosquitoes around the pool so please take care 4. The food is pathetic, we ordered for Appam and stew and when the order came there was only appam and no stew, then finally after waiting and calling twice to IRD who were clueless the stew came and what a shock the stew was salty, imagine ordering a Kerala dish in Kerala and being so disappointed by it. we also ordered Prawns which were also Salty but we had to eat it all as we were super hungry and would not want to wait again for further disappointments. I was lucky to buy a banana chips packet which became my saving grace. There was 1 thing which really concerned me, my brother ordered for Bottles of wine (3 different times) and when the associate came with these bottles he insisted for it to be paid on the spot and said cannot post in the room which we found really strange. my friend then said will do a gpay to which the person said to gpay his personal account ... I mean is this how team members work or is it a policy? I being a hotelier was shocked at this as any outlet in a property must post the charges to the room or at least present a valid bill which was not done at the time. I am really happy that we only booked this place for a layover or would have regretted it for a long time.

We had an amazing experience at Venice Premium Houseboats. There were 4 rooms and dining area in the boat. It was a luxury boat having neat and clean rooms, all modern amenities, good washrooms, upper deck. Food was excellent. Service was perfect by the staff. Overall, it was a great time spent. I highly recommend Venice Premium Houseboats to all those looking for luxury in backwaters. Aishwarya, the boat manager educated us on various aspects of Alleppey, farms around the back waters, weather, industry and so much more. It was a luxury Houseboat. They had TV, music system, carrom boards and other games for kids. This is highly recommended for those looking for luxurious experience of Houseboats in Alleppey
TTraveling TanI recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay.
The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day.
However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel ***agement might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications.
Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team.
In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on ***y fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests
