Where do i begin? With the flatulence in the ad or the disgusting reality of the property. Some travelers have health conditions where having the amenties promised at the time of booking yet have none at arrival and no way to accommodate is reason enough to expect a refund and cancellation but wait there's more...refund consideration is unavailable until my date of checkout...okay...consider that the only way i know there are no fridges or microwave in the room or any room was beause of the disgusting room they thought i would be okau with and the honesty of an accomodating and overworked check in agent for both Super 8 and Days Inn weird configuration where all of the amenities promised for Super 8 are only available in Days Inn. The room had holes in the blanket dead and/or BLOODY things on the walls, air conditioner. broken dresser and mold cultures growing off the towel racks. if either @Trips ir @Super 8 thinks i will accept anything less than a full refund care less about your meaningless apologies as this srems to be known by both, If they jerp this up RUN FROM HOTEL THIS PLACE AND USE ANOTHER SITE. Incompetence of the property is not to Be assumed to be a funded acceptance by travelers whio did their part. I left withIN the same 30 min. i will see management in person on Monday for my COMPLETE AND TOTAL REFUND. Trip did nothing bur ask me to write this...useless.
