私たちの家族は、クラブメッド リゾート アンジで素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。特に印象的だったのは、ジャッキーの素晴らしいサービスです。ジャッキーは、子供のアクティビティからレストランの予約まで、すべてをシームレスに手配してくれました。カスタマー サービスも素晴らしく、部屋のアップグレードや子供への素敵なプレゼントで私たちを驚かせてくれました。 リゾートの環境は清潔で居心地がよく、家族にとって快適な雰囲気が醸し出されていました。施設は素晴らしく、スイミング プール、ビーチへのアクセス、ソフト プレイ エリア、屋外アクティビティなど、さまざまなオプションが用意されています。 おいしい中華料理と西洋料理の選択肢を取り揃えた多様な料理には本当に感銘を受けました。さらに、ジムとヨガの施設は高品質で、滞在中の全体的な健康にも貢献しました。 まとめると、クラブメッド リゾート アンジは、思い出に残る休暇を求める家族にとって優れた選択肢であることがわかりました。素晴らしい家族向けの体験をしたい方には、ぜひお勧めします。

このリゾートに初めて来たのですが、ほんの短い滞在でした。しかし、温かい歓迎にはうれしく驚きました。早めに到着するつもりでしたが、天気のせいでチェックインが遅くなり、景色もロケーションも良かったのですが、私の滞在をとても快適にしてくれたのはサービスレベルでした。誰もが自分の仕事をしてくれていました。最高のサービスを提供するために最善を尽くします。特にジャッキーは素晴らしく、レストランの予約を手配し、簡単なコーヒーだけでも真のおもてなしと献身を持って対応してくれました。素晴らしいリラックスしたご滞在を提供していただきありがとうございます。必ずまた訪れます。

私たち 4 人家族は、クラブメッド アンジでの 3 泊の滞在をとても気に入りました。部屋はとても快適で、朝食と夕食の食事の種類とサービスを楽しみました。しかし何よりも、この施設はとても絵のように美しく、アーチェリー、ロッククライミング、水泳、バスケットボール、そして娘のお気に入りの乗馬など、子供たちを楽しませたいすべてが揃っています。ジョージと彼のチームのおもてなしに感謝します。全体的に、クラブメッド リゾートでの素晴らしい経験がまた一つできました。

It’s a quite good and enjoyable journey! Kid was so happy! And thanks Ms. Cindy a lot. She helped us a lot and gave a lot suggestions about the 3-day journey! We really appreciated what she did for us! Everything was perfect! Thank you so much!

Our second time at Club Med Joyview Anji was again amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and our GRO Holiday was constantly checking on us and available for any questions or issues with the best outcome we could imagine every time. The kids loved the facilities , activities, animal park and the party atmosphere and made friend with several staff, including Martin the leader of the party who became an inspiration for them. Both our kids have now asked to celebrate their next birthday at Club Med Anji...:) Last but not least, George the GM was very accessible and helpful, both prior to our stay for planning and during our stay. George made a huge difference as we wanted to ski during our stay and knew nothing about how the ski resort 30min away from Club Med worked. We are already hoping to come back soon.

It was our first time to go to Club Med Anji, but we had a really great time with the amazing GO staff Jackie. Our room and the facilities were clean, food was delicious, and the view was excellent. Special thanks to Jackie who took care of us all the time that made us want to go to the village she goes next. We really thanks for the hotel’s hospitality and happy to know that in Club Med it’s not “goodbye” but “see you again”. We strongly recommend Club Med Anji!
