ノッテ ホテル(Notte Hotel)

Comfortable hotel located in the neighborhood of Tunalı of Ankara. It is a close walk to many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Our room was well maintained but clearly had older furniture and bedding but was comfortable for 2 people and included a small refrigerator, and hotpot with tea and instant coffee available in the room along with all other standard amenities. The internet service was a bit finicky but worked ok (not good for streaming), although never clearly stated there seemed to be a limit on the number of devices connected at any one time. A full breakfast buffet is offered in the morning beginning at 7:30AM and is a standard Turkish style offering, they can also make omelets upon request and provide other items. Overall price for 3 nights at the hotel with breakfast was VERY reasonable and was less than $200 USD in total.

We have stayed in this hotel for many times. rece the last 3 times the service from the reception has been bad. And we did not feel welcome at all in the hotel. The last stay we were there we had to come one day earlier so we made an agreement a week before with the hotel to get a bigger room at the top floor. And that we could stay at this room for the whole stay. But when we arrived we was given a smaller room than we agreed for. But the price we had payed was not for that room. Then they showed us two more rooms which was also smaller. When we told that this was not what we had agreed for they told us the hotel was full. But when we told that we would cancel the stay they suddenly found the room we had ordered. But we had to come down to the reception the next day to ask if we could keep the room for the whole stay. So we did the next day, but we were threated as we were the one who had made mistake not them. And that they offered us to leave the day before. We decided to say the days we had booked. But we did not feel welcome by the receptionist. The hotel used to have a good atmosphere, but lately this is gone. Because of many changes of workersin the hotel. But we cannot say anything bad about the cleaning and restaurant workers, they have always been kind. And actually they were the reason why we stayed there many times. But because of that the receptionist were threating us as liers. We will not stay there again and nor will we recommend others to stay there!

It's a great hotel. Staff, bar, restaurant, breakfast, room. Everything good, except on Google, it says there is a gym. There isn't. There is a gym just round the corner, and they let me in for a week for only 500 lira. But the ad is misleading - Notte management should fix it: "Other amenities include a gym..."

Güzel bir otel tavsiye ederim. Tesadüf üzeri ilk kez gittim odaları küçük ama kullanışlı insanı bunaltmıyor. Personelleri çok güler yüzlü ilgililer, kahvaltı menüsü çok çeşitli konum olarak da güzel bir lokasyonda her yere kolay mesafe yürümeyi sevenler için .

It's an alright place for 4 stars, a good option for a budget stay. Unfortunately on my entrance I had to kill a bug in the room, which kinda spoiled the whole feeling of the stay. I haven't seen any other pests throughout my two-nights stay, and I suppose it's a common problem in Turkey, but that still was not a pleasant sight to see when I entered the room. Also, I think the photos show the rooms a bit more spacious than they really are, so beware of that. Other than that, a quite friendly staff. A normal breakfast. As I said, it is a good option when you are on a budget.

Worst Hotel experience of my life! I was paid for 3 more nights for my family and they didn't give back my money! Breakfast was TERRIBLE it was remodeling other rooms when we were there, so noisy Reception does speck englis Room card keys was broken

The furniture in the room seems old and ragged.

Çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle bahçesi çok güzel.
