I recently stayed at Ema and had an extremely disappointing experience. I booked a premium suite well in advance, explicitly mentioning that I was traveling with a 1-year-old baby and a 7-year-old child, and requested proper bedding for them. Upon arrival, the room was not ready, and we had to wait while the beds were made. Additionally, there was no parking available in the front, so we were forced to park at the back of the property, which was a hassle with young children in tow. To make matters worse, the receptionist seemed completely unprepared for our arrival. He had to search for our reservation and then took additional time to create our room keys, indicating there was absolutely no preparation done in advance. The reception was unwelcoming, lacking any form of empathy or courtesy. There was no effort made to compensate for the poor service, and the overall attitude was indifferent. To top it off, the maintenance and hygiene standards were shockingly low for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly won’t be returning.

We stayed in Ema Houses one night just before our flight back home. Really like the area, helpful stuff, convenient room with comfortable bed. Thank you!

作為機場酒店10分不錯。距離機場約10分鐘車程，服務台二十四小時運作。而且有免費停車場和早餐。也看到有游泳池雖然不夠時間使用。整體酒店新淨乾淨，晚上的服務員幫忙從車上拿篋到房間。早餐不過不失。

При заселении поселили в самую ужасную комнату - напротив ресепшн на 1 этаже, где изначально должна быть кладовка со швабрами. Поэтому всю ночь мы слушали разговоры и смех всех кто заселяется и выселяется, при этом от отеля требовалось именно выспаться 1 ночь перед перелетом, а мы не спали совсем. Ведь я специально доплачивал за номер с видом во двор, а не на улицу. Для тишины. Но все оказалось иначе. За эту цену лучше бы выбрал соседний хилтон. Цена сопоставимая. Персонал не приветливый, не здороваются, не прощаются, на вопросы отвечают не охотно. В ванной комнате подсветка зеркала сломана и сверкала как на дискотеке, ослепляя. Wi-Fi заработал только утром, так как они вручную дают доступ каждому гостю когда у них найдется на это время. Очень много людей, толпа с детьми на завтраках.

Свежий отель, неплохие номера, но ночью комары, нет москитных сеток. Ланч бокс с собой обещали при раннем выезде, но дали только сандвичи...

親子房面積夠大，2張80小床+一張1.5大床，院子綠植也很漂亮。離機場很近，有停車位，旁邊就是大商場，作為機場過渡一晚挺適合。

離機場很近，有游泳池河射箭等娛樂設施，房間比較乾淨

房間很新 環境很好 前台很熱情 裏面的服務人員都很熱情

是一個比較老式的度假村，體驗一般，不太推薦

Booked here purely by chance and so glad I did !! The hotel is absolutely spotless and well run ,my room was spacious,very light and all new furnishings etc. The staff are friendly but their English is limited so please bear this in mind when booking,only a couple of ******* ! You need more loungers around the pool area,breakfast is good but needs more variety ! Apart from that I would definitely stay again and highly recommend .

This is a very pleasant hotel. We only stayed one night but would love to spend more time next time. The room was small but had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, even the pillows, which I normally struggle with. A clean and modern bathroom with a fantastic shower made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, a big, typically Turkish spread, just delicious. There is a beautiful pool in the gardens.

Came for two nights and stayed for four, we opted to stay away from the noisy town and beach area, as the tram is only a short walk away we could get into the centre quite easy, and have the best of both worlds, luxury , quiet hotel with pool and lovely breakfast , sightseeing , boat tours and lively town centre when we wanted . Perfect for us

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean affordable luxury. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Agora Mall and Mall of Antalya are within walking distance. Although not central, we took advantage of the tram line with the station five minutes walk away, for 25 tl you can travel to city centre. We went to Izmetpasha got off there and walked to Kale Kapisi from here you can go straight to Konyaalti Beach which is the last stop. The transport system is good and clean but the tourist board need to print the tram network map in English and readily available. Also a brochure of the attractions in Antalya(so much to do and see) printed in English would be fantastic. However staff at Ema gave directions and bent over backwards to help. Lovely holiday, I would stay here again. Thanks for looking after us.
