Newly refurbished lovely really friendly staff in all areas, lots to do lovely arrangement of pools all be it on different levels they do scooter hire everywhere an if poorly on your feet please hire a mobility scooter at Sahra s place right nx door to molly bar defo family place would like kids club back though an evening singers but in all a great place to stay food good an beverages please bring back chips at top pool bar the kids really miss that.

Bad - No bin other than small bathroom one - No real sockets in living room, one miles away from seats / sofa - Wi-Fi poor and disconnects - No cushions on sofa or chairs - Painting slap dash / poor finish - Flooring bounces in parts - Shower tray marked - Old doors, not replaced or painted - Door surrounds coming away - Entertainment poor - Food selection poor and never hot - Dirty water / drain smell / pong at the main pool bar self service drinks machines - Fruit flies in bungalow / bathroom, ants in main living space Good - Staff friendly - Comfy beds - Large TV with good Channels - Self service soft drink options - Minimalist styling, new and fresh - Great location - Quiet and peaceful - Choice of pools

Great hotel short transfer from airport. We travelled as a group of 11 with 7 adults and 4 kids ranging from 4 to 15 and all of our needs were met. 10mins walk down to town via an underpass. (2.50 euro in taxi) but also has shops, bars and restaurants within a 1-2min walk of the hotel. Food was good. Had something to suit everyone and always well stocked. Rooms were cleaned every other day and towels/ extra pillows etc could be requested from reception. Staff are all lovely and really helpful and work so hard to keep everything running. My kids loved the pools and slides. Our highlight of this holiday was defo the animation team. Gabor, Nikko and Natalie work so hard to include the kids and adults both day and night. They remember everyone by name Gabor even met us at reception to say bye when we wer leaving. My kids are still talking about the fun the had with them so thank you guys so much. It made ther holiday so special.

Fantastic for the price. Spent a week here. Animation team are fantastic, Gabor, Nico and Natalie make sure everyone is included and has fun. Fantastic location for the town and the beach. Rooms clean and food good. Something for everyone. Was a great week.

Just returned from a weeks break with friends. This is a very large complex and some of the accommodation are up steep hills or along unmade roads. A little golf buggy service would be a good idea. The rooms, pool and communal areas all very clean, cannot fault the cleaners. Other staff were hit and miss, mostly friendly but some not so (lady on pool by restaurant, man on evening duty at large pool, could do with customer service training or find another job!) The only let down of this holiday was the food. Yes there were choices and salad always available. However, it was never hot, only lukewarm, by the time we returned to our table the food was cold, and the meat side of things was awful. For the price paid, our expectations were not high, however food should be edible. We only ate there twice, choosing to go out to eat for a decent meal, We fully recommend Fado Rock in town, taxi from reception less than 3 euros.

The bedrooms are plentiful in size, however if I can comment there should be more pillows ( I should have asked but by the end of the night while your tired you sort of forget and promise yourself to ask the following day). Niko is the life and soul of the children's entertainment in the evening. There were two nights we went to the evening entertainment and another chap was running the dance moves, and honestly the experience was nothing compared to Niko. Our final night was made simply by Niko being back, approximately 20 children were all on stage dancing, with parents dancing alongside Niko because of the charm and passion he brings to each one. You will never see Niko without a smile on his face and honestly it felt like I had known him for years. Would 100% recommend this place, and I am so glad I was able to take my daughter on her first holiday abroad at such an amazing resort. (The pool could have been a little warmer by the restaurant) And the food was a little hit and miss but honestly there was always something to eat. 10/10

I have stayed here so many times I can’t count them all. Loved it before the referb and love it even more so afterwards. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond most of the time. They never stop. The entertainment staff were great. They made it their duty to chat and to all guests. They had me smiling and joining in and again work really hard to make it fun and enjoyable. I just love the location and the staff, the main bar/ pool area with plenty of sun beds and chairs and shade if needed. Wonderful trip. Just booked again for July and October.

I was a bit sceptical after reading some of the reviews but we was definitely pleasantly surprised and have already booked to come back September, the food was Lovely and catered for everyone, different choices each day , the waitresses were amazing, reception staff helpful and friendly and the cleaners very lovely and worked hard , I cannot find fault in anything it has been a beautiful stay

Rooms need updating, but fairly clean with towels changed every other day, overall resort area spread out and paths and roads not maintained. Pools very cold and tiles very slippy when wet but lots of sunbeds . Animation teams work hard .food not a fantastic choice and often cold, but always something to eat. Breakfast was the best overall. Only pool bar open although there is another bar , which was closed. Shame as not everyone wants to sit in area where kids entertainment is happening. 10 min walk to resort centre , kobe steakhouse worth a visit. Beach ok but not soft sand ,mainly gritty. Would not visit again
