Great stay at the Mar, some units surround the pool [ we didn't get one! ] but didn't matter as only a few steps away, everything you need for a self catering stay. All the staff are fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. It's a five minute walk to the local stores [there are three mini-markets, two bar/restaurants and a bike/car hire firm. the first store sells freshly baked bread and pastries along with anything else you need. we made lunch to take to the beach which saved around £80 over the week. It's about a 20 minute level walk to the Marina, where there is plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. we used Chaplins bar for drinks as they had Fosters and Smirnoff ice/WKD with live music most nights. Cala n' Bosch beach was fine, 18 Euro for the parasol/sunbeds, sea has sea**** as you go in, so not the best for a paddle. For sea lovers you MUST visit Galdana beach [if you hire a car, go there every day!] beautiful bay and crystal clear water, a 25 Euro boat trip also gets you there. There is a 60 euro tourist tax payable on arrival at all hotels on Menorca.The transfer from the airport was 1 hour 15 to the hotel, 1 hour 45 to the airport, if we go again I would hire a car from the airport or get a taxi. All in all, a lovely holiday.

One of the best holidays we’ve had hotel was class from start to finish lovely staff rooms cleaned every day and restaurant food was as good as anywhere else in Cala Bosch pool was great we asked for pool view room and got room 29 was perfect walk into cala’n bosch was 15/ 20 minutes but we stopped off at la nueva oca one for twice or basically every day ha great staff and good for sports with several TVs

This hotel is fab The staff are fantastic from the reception all the way to cleaners they are all super friendly and always have a smile, the hotel is spotless cleaning always, rooms cleaned everyday, this is an adults only hotel so no kids and no worrying about sun beds there were plenty even at 1pm you could always find a bed, the pool is a little chilly but once your in it’s lovely and super clean the pool man was there everyday checking. There is live music every night from 9-10pm something for everyone. The food was superb we had breakfast on the terrace every morning the bacon was great, we had evening meal twice and again you cannot fault anything, the centre is about 20mins on the sea front and passes the lighthouse you can go on the road and this takes 15mins, the harbour is great loads of restaurants and bars and the sun sets were beautiful, if your looking for a quiet holiday with fantastic amenity’s then the Menorca Mar is definitely worth a visit

Second visit to Menorca Mar. Was a bit concerned as we came in September 2023 for the first time and it was perfect! Could it be just as good a second time? We can honestly say it was! The place was just as clean and just as quiet as the first visit. The staff were just a friendly. The food at the restaurant was just as good. They even went as far as arranging for us to stay in the same apartment as our first visit! Seriously this place is the best! We just hope that when we come back for our third visit ….. it will still be just as good! Thank you, thank you, thank you to all the staff at Menorca Mar from the cleaners to the manager for your exceptional service. We can’t wait to return again.

Just back from a week here and would return tomorrow if we could. We were late arriving due to various delays and got to the hotel at 11pm. Greeted with a smile and a glass of cava from Analis (Anna) on reception who asked if we were hungry! She arranged for a pizza to be cooked for us - thanks Helen. We then checked in. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. There were plenty of sunlounges around the pool and evening entertainment between 2100 and 2200 - thoroughly enjoyed all that was on offer. We ate at the hotel a couple of nights, well cooked tasty food and huge portions (so don't have a big lunch). The hotel is convenient for the number 65 bus to the marina and then onto the city of Ciutadella 10 kms away and well worth a visit.

So, this is not an exaggeration but as we found it. Complex - beautifully designed, great big pool, loads of sun beds, single story self catering apartments, beautifully clean and fresh, very friendly welcoming staff and good food at fair prices. As adults only, very relaxed and “grown up” feel to the complex. Free safe, free Wi-Fi, free air con and entertainment (various singers) every night. 20 min level walk to Marina with loads of good restaurants and loads of choice. BUT BE AWARE Cala’n Bosch is a very small low key resort with a smallish beach and not much else. So, if you are looking for a lovely place just to chill, catch the sun, swim in a lovely pool, read a few books and wander into the Marina for a good evening meal then look no further ! Just back from a lovely week. Spotlessly clean brilliant staff shout out to Natalia who’s customer service was amazing . This place has a great atmosphere and everyone was so friendly. Not far from the marina etc. restaurant was really good , we will be back

Fabulous week at Menorca Mar. Weather was a bit hit and miss but that cannot be helped. Apartments were lovely, well equipped, the best shower ever and cleaned every day. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them. A special shout out to Helen, who was lovely. The chef was excellent - we ended up eating in the restaurant most of the time as a lot of places around the marina were not open this early in the season. We tried a lot of things on the menu - everything was excellent, freshly cooked and competitively priced. There was live music every night and the acts were all pretty good. One very slight ****** - the mattresses were too soft for our preference, but I would definitely return to Menorca Mar.

A perfect stay at the Menorca Mar. Pristine rooms, very friendly staff, a beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas etc. An idyllic setting complimented by palm trees and peacefulness! Can’t fault it. A 20 minute walk to the marina where there are a plethora of restaurants but also enjoyed a lovely meal on site where you can have drinks on the poolside terrace. 10/10
