Me and my dad stayed in separate rooms the rooms both had lovely views over the mulberry harbour couldn’t have wished for a better location Staff were friendly and spoke good English Beds were comfy and the rooms were modern Only issues were the lack of tea and coffee facilities And the breakfast was poor value for money Food was fine but for the price bacon and sausages would have been nice ( local apple juice amazing though ! ) Overall I would recommend this place

Historic hotel with commanding views of the famous harbor. Nice clean space with comfortable beds and linens. Delicious breakfast, fresh warm baguettes from local bakery. V. helpful staff, special thanks to Isabel!

Lovely corner room with beautiful views of the beach and mulberry harbor remains. The big soaking tub made it ideal for me. Breakfast was good and more than continental. We had a group 3 course dinner that was very good with excellent service. The dining room is huge and wraps around the ground floor. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. ````

We loved the location. It was a bit tricky to find but there were locals that helped us quickly. The restaurant was exceptional and we ate there both nights (stayed 2 nights). Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a bit meagre but adequate. We are Canadians and we loved the proximity to Juno Beach and the visitors centre. Thanks you for being great hosts. We would easily return.

Just had a drink at lunch time . Angry young man took half of my order ! Flounced off ! Came back and I ordered another drink to finish my order he raised his voice and was verbally abusive in French unfortunately for him I speak little French but understand more . Really taken back by this aggressive reaction . The village is successful in the back of tourism , liberation , !!!!’ Thanks for great wine but myself and future clients won’t be back

Had lunch here in 2019 and promised ourselves we would be back, so we did. Nice rooms, some of the with view on the sea and the remains of the artificial WWII port. Lots of street noise, but it was really very hot when we were there. Restaurant is fab. Good breakfast. No parking, but lots of public parking in town (you really need luggage on wheels, it can be a bit far). Visited in high season, and were happy, but maybe this is even nicer outside of the summer, as it was really very busy (july).
