Very beautiful hotel, the staff were extremely professional and lovely and treated us very well with their kind and welcoming maneurisms. Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The hotel rooms are fully equipped and comfortable. The Buffet style breakfast has many great options especially when you tend to picky like myself. The pools were a great size and the water slides were great as these is no que. The hotel is located right on the beach with a direct view of the beautiful sunset. The hotel was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend booking your holiday at this hotel as you will not be disappointed.

Very friendly staff with respect all time , good entertainment team and delicious food at all, nice pool and beach side is good. Some drink is pay and spa . Beach volleyball, dart, table tennis and to many activities available inside the hotel…

Excellent experience, this hotel the best hotel that I stayed in Antalya. Staffs were very very friendly and the management was very professional. I had a small issue in my room, I went to reception to let them know and the issue has been solved in one hour time!! Wow. I felt welcome and safe. Shows were different every night. Food and drinks are excellent. Everyday different menu. If you are vegan or vegetarian this is the correct place for holiday. If you are planning to come with your child, you are in correct place. If you are planning to come with adults friends, you are in correct place. This place well deserved %100. Thank you all.

MASSAGE: great professional masseurs and unique experience of hamam/Turkish Bath, all staff is AMAZING!!!!! Raisa is a great guide and helps a lot around the area too! Massage parlor boss is very kind and a great resource too: he will give info on affordable taxi etc. Do get sold to a package of massages, Turkish Bath, facials: not only it saves you $ but also you will probably not get a better massage anywhere in the world for such an affordable price. The masseurs give all of their skills and energy to their clients and love what they do. HAIR SALON: do support an amazing stylist right next to the restaurant. Very thorough and affordably priced. He is the earthquake survivor who lost all his business back home. FOOD: fresh, local, plentiful for 17 hours a day, beautifully cooked and presented, restaurant staff is the most kind and hardworking, always smiling even doing the most tedious jobs. God bless them. HOTEL: well maintained green lawn, splendid trees / bushes and colorful houses, minimalistic comfy ergonomic rooms, beautiful swimming pools and even water slides, walking distance to the great beach, multiple drink/food/snack stations including authentic and all FREE; multiple entertainment programs throughout the day, a**osphere of love towards the guests of any nationality. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping, turn right. ZOO, wow! STAFF: the best , kindest personnel working day and night (!), shampooing or hosing down the territory and managing the restaurant Best experience ever! :( Restaurant Chef Murat could be kinder to guests and to his most amazing restaurant and hotel staff. Happy personnel means happy guests. Please, chef Murat, treat others with respect and understanding. Everything else about restaurant is perfect! The Day of Türkiye was really impressive! Zoo: could the animals please have fresh grass and hay daily and in abundance, which is free of charge from lawn mowing clippings. The birds and rabbits seem to fight for food. Also a sun shade sail over the pond area will protect them better from summer heat. But it is a nice touch to have the Zoo in the hotel, this is why I booked. Thank you!

The hotel was very large with a nice pool and water slides, the hotel room looked out onto the beach and you could see the wonderful sunset right from your balcony, there was a game night for the kids everyday where they won medals and got to dance and sing with the wonderful staff. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very welcoming. Lastly the buffet was large and had a large selection of fresh foods. I had a lovely holiday here and I definitely recommend

Disappointed! It is our last night of the 10 nights stay. The biggest challenge was the language barrier. Maximum 3 members of staff speaking English. But everybody speaking Russian. Lots of rude Russian tourists, jumping all the queues, but all the staff treating them better. This evening we decided not to have dinner as my daughter has been suffering with sickness and diarrhoea for 2 days and we didn't want to leave her alone for too long. We decided to take 2 drinks from the restaurant and have them outside. We were told we weren't allowed to take the glasses with us. Do you think the lady at the door understood a word of what I told her? I highly doubt it. Both me and my husband slipped and fell by the pool. I hurt my hip and it still hurts after 5 days of anti inflammatories and 5 medical massages. My husband hurt one toe and the hotel nurse used an app to understand we were just asking her if it was broken. The only good things were the baklava s, massages, the weather and the pools. These immense language barrier and even rudeness of the staff (because they couldn't understand a word and they were talking to us in Russian) left me disappointed. Especially Isa- one of the members of staff from the pizza counter- his arrogance and rudeness are above any limit, being always unhappy I was asking for food for 3 persons (as we are a family of 3), but really helpful with other tourists in front of us. We did try not to let anything ruining our holiday. Until now....

Plenty bugs and ants in the rooms,phone and tv are not working at all. Staff only speak Russian or Turkish so it's impossible to communicate,food is always the same. The good parts was the location,near the beach,clean water and nice sand.

Ramazan bayramı tatilimiz için tercih ettik kötü yorumlar kafamızı karıştırmış olsa da biz çok memnun kaldık. Personelleri güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Odamız çok temizdi. Plajı kum ve denizi sığ olmakla birlikte iki havuzu da çok güzeldi. Restoranda yemekler çeşitli ve güzeldi ancak sneakbardaki hamburger pizza vs daha lezzetli geldi bize. Odamıza meyve tabağı gönderildi bu ince davranışları için çok teşekkür ederiz. Otelle ilgili tek olumsuz yorumumuz var o da erkek gruplarının olması evet çoğunluğu aileler oluşturuyor olsa da kalabalık erkek gruplarının olması bizi rahatsız etti onun dışında herşey harikaydı.
