The location is slightly off downtown; if you have a car, it's not a problem. Street parking is fine; you can pay $19 for a night. The flat is huge for two people. The facilities are in good condition. There are two Dyson fans, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. We were here in the summer, but the temperature at night was around 12-14. It's good not to have AC in the room, and the room still feels cool enough with the balcony door and the bottom windows opened in the bedroom and the living room, even without turning on the fans. There are washing machines with a drying function in the room, which are free to use, but you must bring your detergents or buy them at the front desk. I liked the living environment and the fresh air here. As it's off the main road, I enjoyed the silent evening without traffic noise.

直前に部屋を予約したのですが、嬉しいサプライズがありました。ホテルの入り口左側にレゴで作られたホテルの模型があり、細部までこだわって作られていて、子供たちは大喜びです。 部屋に入るとすぐに居心地の良さを感じました。部屋は広々としていて明るく、窓の外の景色も素晴らしかったです。子供たちはもう1日滞在したいと言い出し、大人も迷っていましたが、残念ながら休日だったため満室でした。 唯一の欠点は、建物が比較的古く、防音対策があまり良くないことでしょうか。 でも、次回ビクトリアのダウンタウンに来る時は、このホテルを第一候補にしたいと思います。

The name of the hotel is very misleading , there is only a spa but it is not considered as a resort because there are no other facilities. The hotel does not have a restaurant ( there is a restaurant but it does not belong to the hotel and is not open for breakfast ) and they do not provide breakfast. There is a coffee place on the lobby level but they do not provide full breakfast. Rooms are spacious and very clean but do not understand why there is a coffee maker and no electric kettle .

My suite was immaculate and the appliances were new and in top notch shape.

It's in such a nice location—very close to the city's main attractions. The staff was amazing, and everything else was just great.

This was a nightmarish trip, 1st I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible, with a view of the Harbour, I am a photographer and made the trip to Victoria to get some great photos of the inner Harbour. I got a room on tenth floor overlooking the parking lot and side street. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see anything, in my eyes I was ripped off, I am not going to to stay at any Merriott hotels, at the time of my booking it said they had a buffet breakfast and when I arrived they told me there is no buffet breakfast just a restaurant on site, parking was said to be free self parking. I was charged $29.40 / night to self park my truck.
