素敵なホテルです！旧市街から徒歩10分です。お部屋はとても清潔で広々としていて、シャワーも最高でした！スタッフは皆とても丁寧で、歓迎してくれ、フレンドリーでした。フロントのカフェのスタッフは、夕方にヴィーガンケーキをわざわざ用意してくれました。バーのスタッフも素晴らしく、ドリンクや料理はリーズナブルな価格でした。朝食は、ヴィーガンメニューも含め、どなたにも満足できる豊富な品揃えでした。ヴィーガンストロベリーケーキはぜひお試しください。私たちにとって、朝食のハイライトでした。 スパは改装中のため、ホテルのスパは利用できませんでした（また利用したいと思っています）。近くのスパもいくつか提案されましたが、結局別の場所でマッサージを受けることにしました。 全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。また必ず利用します。

This is an outstanding property - I returned to Rosetti several times during my travels in Romania, and each time was a wonderful experience. A great amount of attention to detail has gone into the design of the hotel; it is modern yet inviting. The rooms are well appointed, with a full range of amenities. Public spaces are cosy and welcoming. As can be expected, it is spotlessly clean and well maintained. However, the greatest asset of the Rosetti is its staff, who all went over and above expectations to make my stay comfortable and memorable. This is what really set it apart from most of the other establishments I have stayed at during this trip. The hotel is not in the centre of town; however it is a pleasant 15 minute walk. And Uber works well in Bucharest, and is very affordable. I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at House4You - Praporgescu in Bucharest on the night of October 2nd. The automatic check-in process was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. My room was spotless, pleasantly fragrant, and beautifully designed, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Despite the chilly weather outside, the room was perfectly warm thanks to the efficient heating and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and attentive; because my flight was late and it was cold and rainy, the hotel kindly offered me a free late check-out from 11:00 to 13:00 and complimentary luggage storage. I especially want to express my gratitude to Luciana, who patiently helped me call taxis to the airport multiple times during rush hour. Thanks to everyone at House4You, I had a truly great stay here.

Perfect spot for a Bucharest city break! The location is unbeatable—right at the edge of the Old Town, making it a 5-minute walk to landmarks like the Stavropoleos Monastery. The vibe is exactly what you expect from a Moxy: modern, energetic, and very social. The rooms are a bit compact but super clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Special thanks to the staff for being so welcoming. Great base if you’re planning to explore the city or heading onward to Sofia!

部屋は大変気に入りました。マットレスは素晴らしく、部屋は広々としていて、景色も素晴らしかったです。スマートテレビもとても便利で、セットアップも簡単でした。 しかし、いくつか非常に不便な点がありました。まず、滞在中にジムとスパ/プールが利用できないことが事前に知らされていなかったことです。 状況を改善したり説明したりするための対応は一切なく、フロントデスクの対応も全くなく、ホテル外にあるプライベートジムを自分で利用し、料金を支払わなければなりませんでした。 これら2つの点がこのホテルを選んだ決め手でした。フロントデスクの対応がなければ、このホテルはあまりにも高すぎます！ ビデは最初から壊れていました。修理を依頼し、散歩に出かけました。到着すると、技術者はすでに来ていると言われましたが、バルブはそのままで、ビデには朝と同じ水が詰まっていたため、それはあり得ないことでした。 その後、別の技術者が来て、大丈夫だと言いましたが、使用したらすぐにバルブが再び詰まり、水が出なくなると伝えなければならず、実際にそうなってしまったのです！確認せずに部屋を出ることは許しませんでした。ご自身で確認していただいた後、ご理解いただけたようです。翌朝に直すとのことでしたが、何も改善されませんでした。 今回も、彼らには共感や問題解決への意欲は全く見られませんでした。 もう一つの問題は、部屋を掃除した際にバスタオルが1枚しか用意されなかったことです（私たちは2人だったにもかかわらず）。タオルが届かないこともよくあり、初日に用意されたバスローブは洗濯に出されたまま、一度も交換されませんでした。シャワーを浴びるたびに、タオルがないと電話で連絡する必要がありました。 しかし、朝食は本当に良かったです！スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、食事は美味しく、地元の文化と各国の料理が絶妙に融合していました。

清潔さ、サービス、施設はすべて最高です。ヨーロッパではこの程度の価格でこの程度の宿泊施設は手に入りません。場所がちょっと外側にあるのですが、空港から旗で北駅まで30分で十分です。北駅から宿まで徒歩10分～15分で十分です。航空で出国されるなら最高です。ただし、8時以降にフロントにスタッフがいないため、遅い訪問者は入室に少し不便なようです。徒歩5分の距離にコンビニもあります。おすすめです。

I cannot fault this hotel. So perfectly situated without being noisy, lovely staff, fantastic and varied breakfast (with excellent coffee), a well appointed gym, spotless and spacious. Thank you for making a solo female traveller happy, well fed and safe.

The service can be A lot better/ we asked foor clean towels few time and didnt get only when keep asking. The toilet seat was broke, we aske for fix and in all 4 days dhey didnt fix even when we asked few times. The stuff are very nice and look that they care and every time we asked something I saw that they colling for fixing but most of the time it didnt happened or happened after few request
