My only gripe was the check-in process, which is online since no employees are present at the hotel, but Trip.com sends no advance information on it so you have to do it when you arrive (see my favorite meme pictured for directions on how to check-in)」
ゲゲストThis is an absolutely beautiful suites hotel. Every where is spotlessly clean. They were so accommodating. We arrived 6 hours early and we were still allowed to check in to our room. Suites have every thing you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Vvalentino ideal tvYesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
