Located in midtown Omaha this condo is walking distance to several different restaurants and bars. You are 5-7 minutes from the Old Market, Blackstone, CHI Arena, & Charles Schwab Field. We have 2 free parking passes available and Ubers/Lyfts are never far away. We are only 5 miles from the airport. Our patio overlooks Turner park for jazz on the green and other concerts. We have setup our Condo to be a home away from home for the business traveler or couple looking to get away. Relax for the evening on our balcony that overlooks Turner Park, enjoy fine furnishings including a very comfortable couch & bed. So many sights to see in the neighborhood. Many delicious dining choices within a few blocks, many bars, shops and a dine-in theater. Easily accessible from the interstate but far enough away where you can relax and sleep-in utilizing our room darkening shades. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Just bring your clothes and enjoy what we have provided for your convenience including, bottled water, coffee, tea, fresh linens, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, a crock pot, plates, cups, etc. We have excellent water pressure as well if you want to take a hot shower after a busy day and slip into one of 2 robes and slipper sets that we provide. Condo located in Omaha's Midtown Crossing and Blackstone areas, short walk to a theater, gym, salon, grocery store & a plethora of eateries, shops and night life. Near Mutual of Omaha headquarters, Univ of NE Med Center, Creighton University and just a couple minutes ride to Old Market, Capital District, Dundee, Benson, Little Bohemia and the country's #1 zoo: Henry Dooley Zoo. As our guest, you'll have not only access to the condo, but free parking as well. You will receive your key access and parking permit upon arrival. You will receive your own code to the apartment door. Guests are to use the south side of the building for checking in. (Farnam Street) The parking garage is no longer accessible to guests or tenants and should not be used at any time. Guests are directed to park in a designated parking area specifically for guests and tenants. This parking area is located on the east side of the building. There are three options, street parking (along the side of the street), parking facing the east, parking facing the west (towards building) on the elevated level. You are also welcome to the handicap places, two which are out front of the building and more aligned against the east side. When dropping off, picking up, checking in or out you are welcome to use the 10 min. parking outside the front doors. Laundry rooms are located on each floor, please feel free to utilize the washer and dryers at anytime. You will need to download an app called PayRange to purchase washing and drying time. Please shut lights off when you’re finished. Garbage: there is a dumpster outside the south entrance on the east side of the building right on the corner by the bus stop. Please do not leave garbage anywhere throughout the building or outside. We are available whenever you need us, text or call. Just minutes from downtown and the airport, Uber is a great way to get around if you don't have a vehicle. Midtown is Omaha’s cultural hub. From art and music to dining and historic neighborhoods, Midtown is where locals come to be entertained. There are five key areas that make up Midtown; from north to south they are: Benson, Dundee, Midtown Crossing, Blackstone and Aksarben.
