ドゥアビーチは他のビーチほど良くはありませんが、ホテルのサービスは依然として非常に良く、特にスイミングプールの外のレストランはとても美味しかったです。

施設は良いのですが、ベッドも部屋もかなり小さいです。ビーチは汚く、ホリデー インの施設ではないので、椅子をレンタルする必要があります。

ホテルの環境はとても良く、すぐ外にはビーチがあり、館内のレストランやバーもとても雰囲気が良いです。特に夕方の夕日は美しい景色を眺めながらディナーを楽しめます。

翌日早朝の飛行機に乗らなければならなかったので、空港に比較的近いこのホテルチェーンを選びました。しかし、全体的な体験は非常に貧弱で、IHG グループの基準を下回っていました。 1.最初に手配した部屋は、入った瞬間からカビ臭く、数日間窓を開けて換気していなかったような感じで、不快な臭いでした。そして部屋はホテルの1階の寂しい角にあり、あまり安全ではありません。 2. 3 階の 2 番目の部屋に移動し、洗濯をして休憩の準備をした後、エアコンの音が非常に大きく、明らかに機械的な振動があることに気付きました。耳栓をしても眠れず、エアコンを切っても症状は変わらず（後で3階の屋上​​の機械の音だと分かりました）、眠れませんでした。オフになるか、時間内に修復されます。その後、ホテルは 3 番目の部屋を手配してくれました。 3. 上記 3 部屋（特に最初の 2 部屋）では、多くのキャビネットや引き戸にカビ、古い設備（蛇口のスイッチがうまく機能しないなど）、埃の蓄積、その他の問題があります。ホテル内のいくつかの部屋は改装中で、本当に改装する必要があるようです。 4. また、注文書には無料の空港送迎を提供すると明記されていましたが、フロントデスクの受付担当者は当初、このサービスは注文には含まれていないと言っていました。コミュニケーションをとり、一生懸命努力した結果、翌日の送迎サービスを手配しました。 5. 最後に、個人的な旅程の手配のため、ホテルにチェックインして荷物を保管しに行きました。保管の際は、お部屋確認後、ホテルよりお部屋までお送りいただきます。受付係は、問題ない、荷物担当の同僚に説明すると言いました。しかし、夕食後にホテルに戻ると、荷物がロビーに置かれていることに気づきました。

このホテルでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。美しいビーチのある素敵なホテルです!

Holiday Inn Resort Baruna is an accommodation that provides a very comfortable and satisfactory stay. I liked the Holiday Inn accommodation when I went to Hawaii, so I chose this accommodation in Indonesia as well. Overall I am very satisfied. It's at the end of Kuta Beach in Bali, but it's better than going to Kuta Beach Club or Seminyak Beach Club. I think this is a very good accommodation where you can enjoy both lodging and entertainment while playing with your kids in the resort's swimming pool, having a drink, and eating at the PALMS restaurant next to the pool. The facilities and pool are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff are all friendly. During my stay, it was winter in Bali, the off-season, so there were few people, so it was leisurely and relaxing.

Friendly staff, good facilities.

We stayed here for one night as we landed in Bali and had to wait an evening before our Villa up in Seminyak was ready. This is a large resort property convenient to the airport. The guards at the main entrance gave us peace of mind. We were given a free upgrade with an ocean view. The room was large and perfectly fine. Great shower and TV channel selection. We were tired from travel and just had dinner and a night cap at one of the two restaurants on property. The food was real good. The next morning we went to breakfast at the other restaurant on property which is more buffet style and the breakfast selection was huge. There must have been 60 items including an omelet station. We walked to the beach and I will say that may be the only negative of the hotel. There are fishing boats in the water and there was no one setting up chairs or anything, maybe we were early. I'm not sure the hotel owns the beach there I think it's a public beach but not sure. We had to check out at 12 so we just stayed at the pool which was nice and large and had a swim up bar. Keep in mind this is a kid-friendly hotel so the pool is only so relaxing with screaming children. But overall, this is a great hotel and very nice property. Perhaps the best part is that the staff here were extremely nice and helpful and proud to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would give this hotel a strong recommendation particularly for families.

Convenient location. No more than five minutes from DPS. Well trained staff. Beautiful landscape design. Near the beach. The beach, a public area, is not well maintained, though.

It exceeded my expectations. We had a great time at this property! So close to the airport which makes it even more convenient with complimentary suttle services. Great services by all the employees. We will be back!
