Check in process is never ending. The hotel is not close to any shopping area. The laundry service is very lazy & it takes at least two days to get one’s laundry clothes back. The breakfast spread is really disappointing & one needs to get in the queue for the breakfast as the hotel is always overcrowded. One would expect the breakfast menu to include more options considering it’s a five star property. The only plus point is the cleanliness of the hotel

I stay at this hotel on a very regular basis and for very good reasons.They remember who I am and really try hard to be flexible.I would really recommend upgrading to the executive floor as it is very good value.The food served on the 24th floor Business Lounge is as good as anywhere I have been.

You have to take into account this is bangkok... Terminal 21 mall is right next door , also is squalor slums.. Spectacular staff, and ultra clean.. breakfast buffet is top notch. Parking was ample, convenient and safe.. The only downside of this place is that they're a bit of a slum next door, and A vacant lot with homeless in tents.. . Again, it's bangkok.. We never got hit up by beggars, or felt unsafe..

재오픈한지 얼마 안되서 그런지 전혀 준비가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 아코르 플랫임에도 불구하고 시스템에 반영이 안되어 있고 객실 이불 수건이 오래되 보였어요. 체크아웃후 2주가 지났는데도 아코르 포인트 숙박이 반영되어 있지 않고. 이메일 4번 보내도 절대 답장도 없는 호텔입니다.
