匿匿名ユーザーPleasant stay with friendly reception staff. Located close to city center. Not much of a view but room has a lot of amenities - washing machine, full sized fridge, dishwasher, stove. Also helps that it’s still really new and clean!

ゲゲストI asked for a pair of slippers for use inside the room, coz I stayed there for 4 days (3 nights). The receptionist advised me that it is only available for executive rooms, and not for my booking of King Room with Balcony. That's a bit disappointed! Other than that, the room is clean and good.

CCorrinne Wan PingRoom size was decent and clean. The pillows were both way too high for a small frame female and I was not able to sleep. The request to have twin beds were met but the beds were only separated when we are in the room which made it awkward to stand around for 10 to 15 mins in a room that is not very big. We kept having to move to get our of the way to enable house keeping to split the bed into twin.

ゲゲストPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

熱を考えると、無料のボトル入り飲料水のような小さなアメニティがより寛大になることを期待しています。 2泊しましたが、チェックインごとに2本しかありません。
バスルームのドアにはドラムがあり、ドアが自動的に閉じられると開くのが不便でしたが、バスルームとトイレタリーは合理的でした..

ゲゲストPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
