ゲゲストI asked for a pair of slippers for use inside the room, coz I stayed there for 4 days (3 nights). The receptionist advised me that it is only available for executive rooms, and not for my booking of King Room with Balcony. That's a bit disappointed! Other than that, the room is clean and good.

ゲゲストFront desk staff were amazing and very polite and helpful. Our garden view room had a disappointing outlook nothing like the website showed. Bar didn’t open around pool on Friday evening. Garden room very small but clean.

CCorrinne Wan PingRoom size was decent and clean. The pillows were both way too high for a small frame female and I was not able to sleep. The request to have twin beds were met but the beds were only separated when we are in the room which made it awkward to stand around for 10 to 15 mins in a room that is not very big. We kept having to move to get our of the way to enable house keeping to split the bed into twin.

KKen and Sharon QLDThe Mercure is the pick of the Darwin Airport hotels and they capitalize on their airport location by cranking up the price. Also our flight came into Darwin after midnight and the airport shuttle phone number they provided was unanswered so we endured the 9 minute walk from the airport with our cases. Checked in about 1:00 and requested a late check out. The hotel had plenty of availability but they still charged $60 for the privilege. Rooms are comfortable but looking a bit tatty now. Even so we had a nice , but short stay

RRip Rip支払った料金を考えると、もっと期待していました。どうやらローシーズンも考慮されていたようです。
プールのラグーンは期待外れで、もっと高い水準、スタッフの多さと清潔さを期待していました。
ホテルのレストランはギャンブルをしない限りは値段が高く、大幅な割引もあるようです。
ルームサービスは良かったし、値段に見合っていました。
暑さを考えると、無料のボトルウォーターなどのちょっとしたアメニティがもっと充実していることを期待していました。2泊しましたが、チェックインごとに2本しかもらえなかったようです。
バスルームとトイレタリーはまあまあでしたが、バスルームのドアはドラム式で、自動的に閉まるので開けるのが不便でした。

ゲゲストPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
