First of all I’ll mention that the setting was very beautiful and the rooms were wonderful. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help and make us comfortable. They went out of their way to cater to our restricted diet as well . The issues I had were the location (mostly 1.5 hours to get anywhere. Sometimes longer with traffic) and the language barrier. I can’t fault them on the language but I believe I had a lot of missed opportunities because of it (?). But if you plan on doing any activities near the city center then I would I suggest you book a different hotel and keep this one for after you are done just to relax with the beautiful scenery. My kids felt car sick every drive back to the hotel. I also felt I wasted time because of the drive when I could have used it more productively. So bottom line, would I go back? Definitely. But not if my goal is to explore the city

Absolutely loved our stay at Live in Chestnut! The hotel is nestled right in the midst of the woods, offering a peaceful and scenic escape from the city. It’s incredibly cozy and warm — exactly what you'd want for a relaxing retreat. The outdoor and indoor fireplaces create such a magical atmosphere. Sipping hot tea while doing traditional Chinese calligraphy by the fire surrounded by nature made the experience feel truly serene and culturally rich. The owner was very friendly, and all the workers were extremely helpful and welcoming. You can really feel the care they put into making guests feel at home. The gentle water streams right next to the hotel add an extra charm of tranquility — it’s like a natural soundtrack for relaxation. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

王爺の部屋のタイプはとても良くて、住むのにとても快適です。設備はきちんと整っており、サービスもとても良く、スリッパとバスローブも用意されています。チェックイン時にはフルーツが提供され、夜には温かいミルクが提供され、朝食はシンプルですが配慮が行き届いています。露天風呂は良いのですが、周りが少し汚いです。全体的にはまだ気に入っています。一度体験してみる価値ありです。

We really enjoyed staying at Qingcheng Mountain Villa. The best part for us were the staff who were exceptional. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable. The bathrooms were fine but they did have a little smell about them. Plumbing I think might be more challenging in the mountains. There is no swimming pool and the hot pools weren't in use while we were there. Unfortunately there is a large hotel being rennovated and extended next door which was a bit noisy during the day. Aside from those small issues we had a very positive experience at this pretty hotel. We took the bus up from Qingchengshan station which was easy to do. The location is very convenient for walking the mountain trails and is a gentle stroll into Tai'an Ancient Village. Tai'an Ancient Village is really gorgeous. We loved the temple and all the old streets and buildings. We found some restaurants serving more varied food than just Sichuan Hotpot. The walks are lovely but as we were there in August everywhere was very crowded. The trails were jammed with thousands of tourists, leave early in the morning to avoid the worst of the crowds.

本当に忘れられない体験でした。1週間以上残業した後、週末はゆっくりしたかったので、山の景色を眺めながら目覚めたいと思い、このホテルを選びました。最高の体験でした！送迎サービスも終始提供していただき、受付の方には旧市街の素晴らしいレストランもいくつか教えていただきました。3階のティールームからの眺めも素晴らしかったです。全体的に、環境も最高でした！👍👍 清潔さ：最高。トイレは全自動でとても清潔でした。 環境：とても静かな環境でした。ヴィラは素敵でした。 サービス：素晴らしいサービスでした！基本的に送迎サービスを提供してくれました。 山の奥地にもかなり近いので、ハイキングにもとても便利でした！🧗

Visiting from London, my wife and I can not praise highly enough our experience at this off-the-beaten track yet highly comfortable bed-and-breakfast type accommodation. Our villa with all mod cons had sweeping and glorious views across the misty hills of the Hongkou natural beauty area. Lucky and her husband made us feel more than welcome, showing great hospitality and wonderful food for dinner – from classic Sichuan dishes to a BBQ one night featuring the local farmer's pork – all in a mountain setting that felt worlds away from city life. It's a bit tricky to get to, but worth all the effort. We genuinely hope we can come back someday soon. Thanks, Lucky!

必須當個自來水，為它寫份評價。出門在外，向來不選擇民宿，傾向於連鎖酒店的。看到是今年新開的，可以嘗試一下。設計環境都很不錯，值得多呆兩天的地方。提個小建議，青城山夏季多雨，民宿內台階很多，貼磚的部分穿拖鞋容易摔跤。

このホテルは環境に配慮した考え方を持ち、プラスチック製品の不使用を徹底しています。静かで清潔な環境でした。全体的には悪くなかったのですが、最高級ホテルとしてはサービスがいまいちでした。従業員は研修を受けていない大学生の集まりのようで、サービスの手順に不慣れで、サービス精神がありませんでした。ホテルに到着してから、標準的なウェルカムチェックイン手続きはなく、チェックイン時もチェックアウト時も誰も積極的に声をかけてくれませんでした（特にチェックアウトして出る際、ドアマンは一人もおらず、見送りなんてとんでもない話で、自分で出ていきました。唯一、車の配車をしてくれたおじさんだけは親切で、それが唯一の救いでした）。お茶も頼んでようやく持ってきてくれましたし、ホテルのスタッフは会っても挨拶しません。エンターテイメント施設では、まるで存在しないかのように、尋ねなければ誰も相手にしてくれませんでした。チェックイン前にコンシェルジュから連絡はなく、電気カートも10分待っても来ませんでしたし、記念のお土産もありませんでした。いくつかの点で、普通の5つ星ホテルの基準にも達しておらず、どうしてリッツやアマンと同じレベルだと主張できるのでしょうか。5つ星ホテルとしてはまあまあですが、最高級の水準には程遠いと感じました。
