「Hola llegamos con mucha lluvia  y fue un pco caótico todas las casitas son iguales , el recibimiento no fue muy bueno la señora del local  que nos esperaba con las llaves ,una mal educada como hubo mucho mal tiempo nos esperaba hasta las 20 h y llegamos 20:21 nos dijo medio mal que otro día no esperaba bla bla con un pelín de voz alta!  La casita dentro de que es como un cuento y muy bonito la nuestra tenía todas las herramientas de decoración como hoces , navajas , herramientas que eran del campo pero que hacían el ambiente un pco agresivo no me gustó mucho eso」

「What an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period. Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!」

「Slightly old fashion decoration but functional hotel, only steps from train station and in one of the few areas of Alberobello where you can park for free. Breakfast is a bit scarce, should improve on that.」

「We had a lovely stay in this beautiful trullo! The location is excellent, right next to a landmark church. We loved hearing the historic church bells every hour—it wasn't loud or bothersome at all, just very charming. It is also an easy 10-minute walk to the main tourist area. For those driving, we managed to find a safe and free parking spot just a 5-minute walk from the property. The host was wonderful and very thoughtful, leaving us a sweet welcome gift that included a bottle of white wine, bottled water, biscuits, and a local map. The only downsides were that the sofa was a bit saggy and the bed in the loft was too soft. Also, since there is no air conditioning, it got very hot at night during the heatwave. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with great hospitality, but something to keep in mind if you visit during peak summer!」
