とても素晴らしい
ゲゲストホテルのサービスはとても新しく、部屋の設定も素晴らしく、サービスもとても良かったです〜高速鉄道の送迎サービスを予約しましたが、子供のために時間が変更されても非常によく手配されました。 120以上の場合、無料の朝食もいただきました〜朝食ビュッフェは食べられるものがたくさんあります〜次回また南寧に行く機会があれば、Kインターナショナルホテルを選ぶでしょう〜〜

匿匿名ユーザー第一次來南寧，五象萬怡酒店入住超預期，工作人員很nice，特別是Lucinda小姐姐，十分熱情，還推薦了哪裡好吃好玩🥳；
酒店設施新，沒有裝修味，房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格簡約舒服，萬豪的品質完全在線，還有機器人送快遞🤖；
地理位置上，離龍湖天街很近，去哪打車都很方便；
早餐質量挺高的，有老友粉，小甜品精緻美味；
總體十分舒心愜意，推薦！萬怡品牌信得過。

TTerence 456Everything is excellent, but there have to be a few buts. If only they upgrade the congested, long wait time to access to the lifts and the Chinese to English hotel name change have cause great confusion and difficulties finding the location. Taxi driver who took me to the hotel cannot drop me off at the nearby busy traffic. These are problems this franchise hotel face. Apart from that the hotel is very good especially the service team.

QQQtangtang柏曼服務太好了，晚上隔壁住户聲音吵，管家處理很及時。位置離地鐵也很近，去萬象滙，去薈萃，換乘1號線2號線，都非常方便，房間很大！還包含青秀山門票！早餐也很好吃！

TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.

CC Y Sally CheongI must commend the hotel staff for their excellent customer friendly service. Today morning, I had difficulty accessing Scoot to checkin for my 2pm Nanning-Singapore departure flight. Michael went the extra mile to bring me to the adjacent building to a print company and make use of their computer to login to Scoot airline. Due to different web platform, I was still unable to complete my Scoot check-in. However, I appreciate the extra effort made by Michael. I have stayed in this hotel, in and out, for 6 days and it was worth my money spent. Nanking has many beautiful places of interests.

ゲゲスト友達が結婚して予約したホテルに来ました。滞在にとても満足しました。畳は子供連れの3人家族にとても適しています。部屋は広としていて静かで、寝具は快適で、サービスは暖かくて気配りがあり、細部は思いやりがあります。ホテルには無料駐車場もあり、隣には高速充電用の車があり、Langxiナイトマーケットにとても近いです。買い物はとても便利です。費用対効果の高い、お勧め!
