We had a lovely time at the Kaipuu - excellent location with a panoramic view of the West Street rooftops, well designed rooms and common spaces with an elegant brown neutral palette and all the luxe touches really accentuated the stay - fragrant Fujian tea, fluffy weighted extra long bath towels, crisp linen, all the works befitting a SLH. Special shout out to Alina who checked us in and assisted us throughout including arranging the most thoughtful wedding anniversary surprise complete with champagne and cake and a rose speckled sheet dress arrangement . Thank you again and we would not hesitate to return and to try Kaipuu other hotels

This is a newly opened hotel in Quanzhou/Jinjiang. The location is convenient for visits to west street, wudianshi. It is also near shopping malls typically would take around 10-15min by taxi. Staff at the front desk and around the hotel are professional and friendly. There is also a robot that helped deliver replenishments and food. There is also a self service laundry room which is great for washing your clothes. The staff even offered to help to send clothes after drying to our room. I.e. you need to no wait at room for collection. Rooms are located at high floors in general starting from level 16. Space is decent compared to other hotels. There was slight renovation smell in the room given the hotel is new but was not too bad. A small suggestion to the hotel: please offer body lotion as it is a common service in most hotels. Overall, a pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend choosing this hotel when you travel to Quanzhou/Jinjiang.

West Street Houseは、お勧めのB&Bにふさわしい、シンプルだけど冷たくないスタイルで、内装や外装だけでなく、人と人との交流にも温かい想いがたくさん込められています。お母さんは助けを求める必要がないと思ってスーツケースを持って階下に来ましたが、ホストはすぐにそれを見て、急いで二階にスーツケースを取りに行きました。彼はとても思いやりがあり、細心の注意を払っていました。要するに、良い店には良い人がいる方が良いということです。みんなもここに泊まって見に行くことをお勧めします。人々はハンサムで（美しく）、お店は素晴らしく、景色は素晴らしいです〜。

今回の滞在は最高でした！ホテルは申し分なく清潔で、部屋は清潔で広々としており、必要なアメニティもすべて揃っていました。立地も非常に便利でした。特にスタッフのリアさんには感謝しています。まるで天から舞い降りた妖精のようでした！私の要望を察知すると、彼女は積極的にレイトチェックアウトを手配してくれ、時間的な制約を迅速かつ効果的に解決してくれました。彼女の終始優しく忍耐強い態度は、本当に思いやり深く、心遣いが感じられました。フロントデスクから客室の環境まで、ホテルのサービスは申し分なく、価格以上の価値がありました。次回この地域に滞在する際も、必ずこのホテルを選びます。心からお勧めします。

Amazing hotel, over looking the shijing river. looking towards the Temple on the hill side. The location is ideal for me to visit business in Shijing. The food service, assistance of the staff on reception & the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. I am also very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. Overall, it is a great hotel for the price. The room is very spacious and clean inside. Amazing service! We felt really welcomed as they brought us to the homestay from the main road. They even provided us with useful information on the nearby attractions and eateries. Unfortunately, the place is not as crowded as it once was due to Covid which is a shame. Regardless, we had a pleasant stay there and look forward to revisiting that place.🙂

The smoke issue through the air-conditioning must be unbearable, and the excessive noise from neighboring rooms is definitely disruptive when I am trying to rest. I’d recommend speaking with the hotel reception immediately. I firmly request a room change, highlighting that my booking was for a non-smoking room and that the current conditions are affecting my comfort. For the noise issue, bringing it to their attention may encourage them to remind guests to keep their volume down. Hotels typically have quiet hours, so they should address disturbances that affect other guests' experience. If the hotel does not resolve the issue, you might consider leaving a review or escalating it to management. Hopefully, they can fix the situation soon.

ホテルは開元寺西門の前にあります。とても便利です。高速列車からバスno.33に乗ることができます。開元寺の前にわずか数分でホテルに到着します。部屋は2人でかなり狭いですが、この部屋の価格はそれほど高くないので許容範囲です。ホテルのサービスは良いです。ホテルのスタッフはサービスマインドを持っています。ホットシャワー、タオル、ヘアドライヤー、シャワーキャップなどがあります。みんなに思い出させる小さなことは、ホテルの近くにレストランやバーがあり、昼夜を問わず午後11時まで非常に騒がしいことです。午後11時以降。私は平和に眠ることを保証することができます。 1階の部屋ができたからです。行き交う人が多いので、そんなにプライベートではありません。また、部屋の壁はとても薄いです。外から騒音が聞こえます。私の部屋には安心できる喫煙はありません。ホテルがこの詳細について旅行者に知らせる必要があると思います。ありがとう。
