Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

毎年子供を連れて数日間宿泊させていただいておりますが、景色が広くてパノラマが見渡せる親子ビュールームを予約しました。水泳、遊び場、乗馬、魚やウサギの餌やりは子供たちのお気に入りのアクティビティで、毎回遊びに来てほしいと頼みます。私たち大人にとっても、家の庭と同じように、子どもが失くす心配がなく、自由に遊ばせることができるので安心です。また、館内にある中華料理店の料理もとても美味しく、外で食事をする必要がないので、大人にとってはとても便利です。

衛生面：とても清潔で、部屋もとても整頓されていて快適でした。 サービス：接客態度はとても良かったです。夜、部屋にミネラルウォーターがありませんでした。フロントに伝えると、すぐに部屋まで持ってきてくれました。どんな要望にも迅速に対応してくれました。 サービススタッフのYukiさんとMandyさんは、様々な問題に対応してくれました。基本的に私の要望に応えてくれました。本当にありがとうございました。

[平江にひっそりと佇む、デザイナーの詩的な世界に浸る] 蘇州の宋之嶼での滞在は、今回の旅で最も忘れられない思い出となりました。ただの宿ではなく、人生の美学を深く理解したガイドのように、江南地方の異なる地域への旅へと誘ってくれます。 📍 ロケーションは完璧です。平江路の青石と流水はすぐ目の前。主要な観光スポットや地元の郷土料理も徒歩圏内。まさに「景色の中を歩き、静寂の中へ帰る」という理念を体現しています。 🏛️ 最もユニークなのは、その空間構成です。古い校舎を改装した中庭は、従来の民宿の枠を破っています。ミニマルな筆遣いで描かれた広々とした中庭は、光と影を巧みに描き出し、現代的なデザインと蘇州の伝統的な建築様式の柔らかなコントラストを生み出しています。一歩一歩が構図となり、視線一つ一つが余白となる。 ​​📷 真のサプライズは、常駐フォトグラファーのShiqiさん！彼のレンズは一瞬一瞬を捉え、一枚一枚に映画のような物語と感情の緊張感が宿ります。まさに巨匠の真骨頂と言える傑作であり、この旅の思い出に想像をはるかに超える重みを与えてくれます。 Songzhiyuは、私のB&Bに対する認識を塗り替えたと言っても過言ではありません。デザインの美学、地元の文化、そしてきめ細やかなサービスが見事に融合しているのです。これは単なる「また来ます」という約束ではなく、蘇州を訪れるたびに必ず体験すべき体験です。 添付は、フォトグラファーShiqiさんが撮影した写真2枚です！

良いレビュー、それは周庄に位置し、装飾は非常にユニークで、一種の野生の贅沢なスタイルです。実際、このスタイルは簡単ではありません。汚れや埃がつきやすく、みすぼらしい印象を与えます。ただし、この場所はよく維持されており、清潔で整頓されており、とても楽しいです。女将さんもとても熱心で、周庄の門まで迎えに来てくれました。ロビーには無料の軽食とお茶がありました。欠点があるとすれば、その部屋の浴槽の水が少し変化しないことかもしれません。蛇口が内側にあり、そこに到達するために登る必要があります。しかし、それは非常に小さな問題です。

蘇州に来るたびにインディゴホテルを選ぶのが好きです。とても便利で、飲食やエンターテイメントは階下の龍湖天街で全て済ませられます。ヘアサロン、カフェ、ボディケア、食事など、選択肢が豊富です。 環境も良く、スタッフの対応も素晴らしいです。 事前に静かな部屋をリクエストしたのですが、部屋自体はとても静かでした。ただ、運悪く上の階の宿泊客が何をしていたのか、夜遅くや早朝に椅子を引きずるような大きな音がして、気になりました。滞在されるお客様には、ぜひもう少し配慮をお願いしたいです！

ホテルを予約した後、キャンセルを促すようなレビューを見て、正直不安な気持ちでいっぱいでした。でも、実際に行ってみると、素敵なフロントの女性スタッフが親切に対応してくれ、追加料金で部屋をアップグレードしてくれた上に、子供の朝食代を無料にしてくれました。結婚記念日だということも伝えると、お部屋の飾り付けやケーキまで用意してくれて感動しました。ウェルカムフルーツは少し寂しい感じでしたが。ホテルの眺望は最高で、部屋から見える金鶏湖は本当に美しかったです。子供には特製の琵琶のパンと、琵琶デザインのルームカードが用意されていて、大喜びでした。各部署のサービス態度も非常に良く、特にプールエリアとレストランは素晴らしかったです。設備も充実しており、非常に完成度の高いホテルだと感じました。唯一の欠点は、部屋の清掃が細部まで行き届いていなかったことです。子供と一緒に、フォーシーズンズの特製ルームカードを全て集められたらいいなと思います。

装飾からサービスまで和のエッセンスを体現した、実にエレガントなホテルです。ホテルに入るとすぐに、静かで平和な雰囲気に魅了されました。日本の装飾スタイルはシンプルですが単純ではなく、人々に精神的な静けさを感じさせます。 ホテルの設備は非常に充実しており、インテリジェントで、高級な宿泊体験を提供しています。特に、玄関に入る際はスリッパを履く必要があり、靴は玄関のロッカーに入れるなど、衛生面が非常に優れている点が印象に残りました。 ホテルの温泉エリアは男女別なのでプライバシーも確保されており、とても清潔です。入浴後は、本を読んだり、チェスをしたり、瞑想したりすることもでき、とてもリラックスできます。夜には古琴のコンサートもあり、とても優雅な楽しみです。 食事に関しては、朝食は和定食なので私には量が少し物足りないですが、味はとても本格的で、主食もおかわり自由ととても丁寧です。挽きたてのコーヒーもとても香りが良いですが、生のミルクはなくクリーマーボールのみですが、それでも全体的には私のニーズを満たしています。 ホテル周辺の沙西古鎮も徒歩で行けてとても便利でした。古代の町は活気に満ちており、多くのレジャーの選択肢を提供してくれます。 全体として、この滞在は環境、設備、サービスに非常に満足しました。リラックスしてくつろぐための静かで快適な場所を探している人にとって、これは間違いなく良い選択です。

Stayed at this homestay for 3 nights in July which is peak season for summer domestic travel in China. The rooms are comfortable and had all the amenities you’d expect of a 4 star hotel - comfortable beds, lounging area, balcony, TV, good toiletries, hair dryer. Other positives were very friendly service staff, hearty breakfast from the cafe with is on the same premise. There’s also local restaurants nearby to dine at which are not bad, just 5-10 mins walk down the road. I also enjoyed waking up to run across the bridge which has a great sunrise view. A lot of tourists visit the cafe for the sunset views. The hotel staff can do room service and bring food ordered from the cafe to your room if requested. Note though that location wise it is not as close to other cafes and stuff. You’ll need to travel a fair bit if you want to venture and do other things. I wanted a peaceful retreat with a good view but nearer to mainland (compared to the main 西山岛） so this worked for me. I stayed in 3 different rooms (Rm 1,4,5) for my 3 nights as I had asked for a room with a view but was initially assigned one that was completely blocked by trees. In trying to accommodate my request I ended up having different rooms (to no fault of the staff and property) each night. There are 8 ‘normal rooms’ and one suite room that is round and more suited for honeymoon/romantic occasions. Rooms 3,4,5,6 are the ones with the better view. Room 1 (my first room) has a completely blocked view which is a waste staying by the lake. Rooms 4 and 5 have the best view. Note also that rm 1 and 4 have a skylight that cannot be blocked so by 5 am your room is gonna be bright although they do give you eye shades to help. There is also no laundry facilities on site. Only additional feedback to the property would be that they could consider a discount for guests to dine at the cafe, that could encourage guests to have more meals there. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this for anyone looking for an escape for the buzz and want a tranquil place to rest!
