「The bed was too big for the room which resulted in bruised legs from the posts at the bottom of the bed. The mattress was too big for the bed which resulted in me falling out of bed as it sank on the edge of the bed. The remote for the tv was taped at the back so the batteries didn’t fall out but the remote didn’t work and had to do it manually on the side of the tv. We asked for a quiet room and was put in a room which was on the main road. The road was extremely busy and even though it was extremely hot (we were given a fan) we could not have the windows open as the road was so noisy however even with the windows closed the noise kept us awake. The shower was very slippery too and the taps on the sink were very difficult to turn off. The breakfast was very good as was the service we received」
