ゲゲストLocation: Hotel is 15-20 min walk from the bus station drop off from Rhodes and 15-20 mins from the town/ beach. Small market located closed by.
Cleanliness: Hotel and facilities are very clean and in good condition
Service: staff are generally nice. Check-in could be improved to provide guest important details (where and what time is breakfast, internet access, external blinds to block out light in the room, restaurant hours...). Dinner at the restaurant is quite good.
Hotel: it is a small, intimate-feel hotel, pool can feel a little big-brother due to small size
All in all, great stay- welcome drink at arrival is a nice touch, breakfast is great and there is a bag with towels in the room to use at the beach/ pool

JJezza for lifeI recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. It was evident that they put a lot of effort into creating a delightful breakfast experience for their guests.
In summary, my experience at 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was fantastic. The service was impeccable, the facilities were impressive, and the food was a real treat. BBonniThe hotel is brand new. It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool.

ゲゲストI stayed in this hotel for 2 nights.
The most incredible thing is the breakfast selection! You can find a huge variety of bread, cheese, salad fruit. The breakfast area is big enough , you can choose the outdoor side which facing the sea view to sit.
Yet, the housekeeping service can be improved. The room floor was simply cleaned and the bed was made. However, the toilet was not cleaned and the towels were not changed.
Also, note that the air-conditioner is chargeable by day !

改善の機会:
1.執事はまったくフレンドリーでは無く、ロビーでゲストを迎えるのが初めての人物だったので残念。レンタカーでフロントに到着し、挨拶すらしませんでした。私たちが車を駐車する場所を尋ねたとき、彼は非常に攻撃的でした、そして彼は私たちが見ている通りの空き地をどこにでも指摘しました。彼はまた、チェックイン時に荷物を持って私たちの部屋に歩いて行く責任がありました、そしてそれは数分間も恥ずかしかったです。

AAnnitaHi, this may seem harsh, but I arrived late, 10 pm, for an early flight the next day. There was a power outage.
After a day of travelling, my phone was low, with no wifi and no power. As a solo traveller, I didn't want to stay in a dark room alone and was fear ful. No attempt was made to warn me of the issue or pre text. I asked the receptionist where i could go for power and she recommended a neighbouring bar. I wandered up the road to find a hotel in the opposite direction and got power there. I felt very vulnerable walking in the night but needed the phone for boarding pass and alarm.
All worked out in the end. When I returned around 1 a.m., power had resumed.The hotel looked quite impressive in the light. And I set my alarm for 3 am. Taxi was booked for 4 am. The receptionist was kind and gave me bottles of water and cake in the morning. Staff were most obliging and helpful it was just an unfortunate incident.

ゲゲストWe regularly visit Rhodes and usually stay at Mitsis Resorts, but this time we decided to try something different and booked the Aulus.
Overall, the staff were pleasant and friendly throughout our stay, and the drinks/cocktails were very nice. The pizza restaurant was definitely the highlight food-wise, although service there felt quite disorganised at times.
Unfortunately, the main buffet food was disappointing and nowhere near the standard we expected. Most dishes were cold, overcooked, and very dry. Booking the à la carte restaurants was also frustrating, as many seemed fully booked before we had even arrived at the hotel.
Another downside was the lack of sunbeds around the pool area, which made it difficult to relax unless you were up very early. There also didn’t seem to be enough staff around during busy times.
Overall, I’d rate the hotel around 6/10. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but compared to other resorts we’ve experienced in Rhodes, I don’t think we would return again.
