「Very good value for the price. Smaller hotel close to the historic city and huge free parking just by entrance to the hotel makes it good choice for tourists with a car, who wants to explore the island during day and wisit rodos city at evenings. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Air conditionig and wifi was also ok. It is not a 5 Star hotel, but we had not a single problem during our 11 day stay.」

BBonniThe hotel is brand new. It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool.

Cleanliness: Hotel and facilities are very clean and in good condition
Service: staff are generally nice. Check-in could be improved to provide guest important details (where and what time is breakfast, internet access, external blinds to block out light in the room, restaurant hours...). Dinner at the restaurant is quite good.
Hotel: it is a small, intimate-feel hotel, pool can feel a little big-brother due to small size
All in all, great stay- welcome drink at arrival is a nice touch, breakfast is great and there is a bag with towels in the room to use at the beach/ pool

The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. ゲゲストI stayed in this hotel for 2 nights.
The most incredible thing is the breakfast selection! You can find a huge variety of bread, cheese, salad fruit. The breakfast area is big enough , you can choose the outdoor side which facing the sea view to sit.
Yet, the housekeeping service can be improved. The room floor was simply cleaned and the bed was made. However, the toilet was not cleaned and the towels were not changed.
Also, note that the air-conditioner is chargeable by day !

SStewart Thompson朝食はしかありませんでしたが、それは大丈夫でした。午前9時から午前10時の間に忙しいので、可能であれば午前9時前に朝食に行くのが最善です。港と旧市街に適した場所、徒歩約15分。ホテルの目の前にビーチ。小さな側のプールですが、暑すぎると良い日陰があります。唯一の問題はプールが午後7時に閉鎖されたことです。一日中外出した後、少し後に冷やすために開いたら、それは良かったでしょうか。スタッフは親切で丁寧でした。ホテルクリーン

AAnnitaHi, this may seem harsh, but I arrived late, 10 pm, for an early flight the next day. There was a power outage.
After a day of travelling, my phone was low, with no wifi and no power. As a solo traveller, I didn't want to stay in a dark room alone and was fear ful. No attempt was made to warn me of the issue or pre text. I asked the receptionist where i could go for power and she recommended a neighbouring bar. I wandered up the road to find a hotel in the opposite direction and got power there. I felt very vulnerable walking in the night but needed the phone for boarding pass and alarm.
All worked out in the end. When I returned around 1 a.m., power had resumed.The hotel looked quite impressive in the light. And I set my alarm for 3 am. Taxi was booked for 4 am. The receptionist was kind and gave me bottles of water and cake in the morning. Staff were most obliging and helpful it was just an unfortunate incident.

Aanother guest私たちは7月の初めにここに滞在しました。部屋は本館に位置していました。巨大なバロニーと良好な動作エアコンを備えた非常に広としていましたが、時代遅れのバスルームがありました。素晴らしいスイミングプールとアクアパークですが、より多くのサンベッドになる可能性があります。食べ物は良かった。スイミングプールバーもあり、軽食やアイスクリームも提供していました。ワイン、ビール、飲み物は大丈夫でした。
