ゲゲストProperty is good. We come to this property every year, however the food quality and service has dropped. It seems there are a lot of cost cutting happening. Limited staff for the restaurant is a big problem as a customer you have to wait which is not a good sign. Amenities are nice but not maintained. Overall an average experience - thank you

ゲゲストHotel stays can really vary depending on the experience, but when it's good, it's great! a well-located hotel with comfortable amenities can make all the difference when you're traveling. It's nice when you feel welcomed by friendly staff and the room is clean and cozy, giving you a little retreat after a day out.

ゲゲストThe hotel is in very convenient location. 5 minutes walk to baga beach. Tito’s street is just 10 mins walk. Room is spacious. There’s no view from the room and was bit stinky. Might be because of the area behind the hotel. Breakfast had limited choice but was good. Swimming pool is kind of big and maintained well and it’s the main attraction of this hotel. The hotel looks good with a traditional touch. I would say the place is a good choice. I didn’t find any safety issues.

ゲゲストWe booked suite and it was large and spacious. Desk clerk jyoti was very helpful. We did not eat at the hotel due to previous reviews. Swimming pool was great and clean. We carried a mosquito racket and they provided repellent “mortein”
