Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

Great staff and location… near to market complex… very excellent location…

フロントデスクのサービスとルームサービスのスタッフはとても親切でした。スタジアムの近くにあり、スタジアムの素晴らしい景色が見えます。唯一の欠点は、部屋のテレビの壁の近くに別のドアがあることです。このドアは、大家族が廊下を避けて隣の部屋に簡単に行くためのものです。しかし、夜、隣の部屋の子供の泣き声が私の部屋からはっきりと聞こえました。2部屋とも利用しないのであれば、子供連れの家族にはこのような部屋タイプは勧めません。

This hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

Our family stayed for three days, including our infant. The hotel was in a convenient location with plenty of options for dining outside. The hotel’s food was also good, though a bit pricey. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options and was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and courteous, making our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy, and both room service and housekeeping were prompt. However, on one occasion, we left our key card at the reception for housekeeping while we went out, but when we returned at 2 PM, the room had not been cleaned. After calling the reception, they promptly sent the housekeeping team to take care of it. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a very comfortable stay at GCC hotel ***** with family. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

It is a very old property, lot of repair work is required in every area , starting from mattresses to floor …room conditions are bad . In cafeteria, there is hardly anyone to help , no one will come to your table , here I will say the quality of staff is a big concern Overall not a decent place to stay in current situation

Cleanliness: The room was clean, not spotless but is a good stay Service: Staff was friendly at front desk Comfort: Bed was comfortable. Location: Convenient to transport and food area Breakfast : Mostly local food. As foreigner, preferably fried noodles or rice will be great.
