素晴らしい
ゲゲストホテルのスタッフはとても良いです。同じ複合施設内の多くの飲食店とバー。
部屋にもレセプションにもWi-Fiは存在しませんでした。
外の高速道路では重い道路が作動している。

ゲゲストOur family stayed for three days, including our infant. The hotel was in a convenient location with plenty of options for dining outside. The hotel’s food was also good, though a bit pricey. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options and was enjoyable.
The staff were friendly and courteous, making our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy, and both room service and housekeeping were prompt. However, on one occasion, we left our key card at the reception for housekeeping while we went out, but when we returned at 2 PM, the room had not been cleaned. After calling the reception, they promptly sent the housekeeping team to take care of it.
Overall, it was a great experience.

ゲゲストPros:basic amenities, hot water, cleanliness, good interior, nearness to midc and good hotels, polite and co operative staff, good complimentary breakfast. Refigerator in the room. Cons: avoid ground floor as all the time you have to keep window blind on. Not very comfortable as you don't know whether it is day or night. Air conditioner issue. On second day the ac stopped working. Hot water kettle is there but tea, coffee, milk, sugar sachets are missing. There is no blanket, covering provided. Hope management addresses these issues. Good hotel for solo and family.

Dining at the hotel was a pleasant experience, with a variety of options available at the in-house restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of both local and international dishes, providing a great start to the day.
The hotel’s location is another advantage, with easy access to key business areas and transportation links in Navi Mumbai. Additionally, the amenities such as the business center and meeting rooms were well-equipped and served my professional needs effectively.
Overall, Hotel Monarch is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and comfortable stay in Navi Mumbai. I would definitely recommend it for its excellent service and convenient location.
