JJOYMCThe place was quiet and relaxing. All the staffs were so Warm and friendly.
We were able to avail Promo discounts on their special relaxing activities like Kawa Bath,Ice bath, himalayan Salt room, steam sauna…
Our wellness Butler Rob was so accommodating and even kind.
Foods are I can say at the right price for it’s taste.
For me, It’s delicious … 👍🏻👍🏻

This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble.
From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home.
We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest.
The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self.
Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back.
Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

ゲゲストクルーソーキャビンでの滞在を楽しんだ。ベッドとキャビンは清潔で快適です。ベランダの椅子のブランコが好きです。エアコンがとてもかっこよかった。
彼らは私たちが移動できるように自転車を提供するのが好きです。彼らはまた、時走るゴルフカートを持っています。
サービスは良く、スタッフはフレンドリーで話しやすいです。タオルは少しぼろぼろです。でもトイレタリーが大好きです。
ビーチはきれいで、深くはありません。数フィート離れたところで水は膝の高さにすぎませんでした。私のような水泳選手には向いていません。 93歳の母は水に行き、数フィート離れたところまで歩いた。プールはメンテナンスが必要です。ペンキが切れているところもありますが、息子はウォータースライドを楽しんでいます。
値段が高いと気づいたとしても、いい週末でした。私は行ったことがありませんが、この地域には安いリゾートがあることを知っています。彼らがどのように比較するかはわかりません。

ゲゲストロケーションもよくホテル自体も良かた。
ホテルの敷地内も綺麗に手入れされているしプライベートビーチもここだけ綺麗に掃除されていて気持ち良かった。
ただ、オーシャンビューの部屋の泊まりたかったが初めての場所ではよく分からない。サイトでもっと詳しく説明すべき。

ゲゲスト素晴らしい旅でした！レビューを書く機会がなかったのですが、ここに書きます。
1. スタッフ - とても素晴らしくてフレンドリーで、いつも笑顔で親切でした。
2. マネージャー - 素晴らしく、思いやりがあり、面白く、いつも期待以上のサポートと対応をしてくれました。
3. リゾート - 素晴らしい海の景色とたくさんのアクティビティ。2 週間の間に 3 回も行きました。笑
4. 部屋 - 清潔で快適！
5. 食事と飲み物 - 美味しくて最高！フィリピンで最高のホテルの 1 つです。
世界中の多くのホテルやリゾートに泊まりましたが、ここは今まで泊まった中で一番でした。雰囲気、フレンドリーさ、アクティビティ、食事と飲み物。こんなにリラックスした気分になったことはなく、電話を使う必要さえありませんでした。ストレスがなく、すべてが良い雰囲気でした！目覚めて海を眺め、心地よい音楽を聴きながら美味しいコーヒーを飲むと、何時間もかけて車で行った価値が十分にあります（片道約 4 時間）。
私にとっては、これは単なる滞在以上のもので、忘れられない経験でした。私たちは平常時も台風の日も過ごしましたが、その間ずっと彼らは素晴らしく親切でした。間違いなく冒険でした。今私は再びフロリダに戻っており、この場所が恋しいですが、来年フィリピンを訪れる計画を立てており、ここを私の一番の訪問先にするつもりです。

ロケーションは最高で、ショッピングモールに近く、ビーチまで歩いてすぐなので、太陽と波に簡単にアクセスできます。ホテルは高級感があり、静かで高級感があり、全体的な体験を高めています。
部屋自体は素敵で手入れが行き届いており、バスルームは清潔でモダンで、くつろげる快適な空間を提供してくれます。

AAc1995Pico restaurant the service was just horrible. They served spoiled coleslaw,
we waited too long for everything, starting from ordering til getting our bill. We ended up leaving the restaurant without paying. They are understaffed and the waiters we're not properly trained. Scrambled eggs in the buffet smells like wet rug. If you order medium rare tenderloin they will give you well done. We tried to complain but the manager was just hard to talk to and they were not sincere to fix the problem or even make up for their mistakes.

匿匿名ユーザーIt was such a lovely 2-night stay. My partner and I chose to stay here for my birthday celebration and it didn't disappoint! From the arrival to departure, everything was perfect. Staff will welcome you with a smile and welcome drinks. Instructions were clear and they were very accommodating. We chose the superior room and it was amazing! Prices in the resto were reasonable but what we loved the most was the halo-halo and the jellyfish table lamp (so cute!). The ambiance was also nice. They had a complimentary cake slice too. The pool was nice as well. There was a maintenance for a few hours and they made up for it by giving out complimentary cake slices and discounts for orders ar the resto. My partner and me are frequent travelers and this by far is in our top 3 best hotels locally. We will definitely come back! THANK YOU!

ゲゲストVery dirty room. Pillows and blankets are dirty. Towels are also very dirty. Service are okay, wouldn't say its the best. They only have complimentary 4 bottle water per day. Additional 50 pesos or one.
No beach, no activities. Only snorkeling and kayak. But views are nice. But will not come here again. There are more resorts worth your money and stay. Only came here since social media said its nice and worth it.
