We recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect. Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Came here for relaxation, went home feeling recharged and more connected to nature 💫🌿 Had the most calming few days at Nawa. From welcome to send off, we felt taken cared of esp from our wellness butler (yes we have a butler!!), Ms. April :) our days are meticulously organized with intentional activities that made us put our phones down and actually live in the present.  Also, i commend the fast turnaround time when we asked for things from the reception- be it a mango shake, a blowdryer, an extra towel, it’s there in a few mins! 5/5! Only caveat I could think of is the limited food choices… def not a dealbreaker. Thank you, Nawa! 💛

私たちの家族はこのビーチフロントリゾートで最も美しく思い出に残る滞在をしました。私たちが到着した瞬間から、私たちは歓迎され、心から世話をされたと感じました。場所自体は単に素晴らしいです-平和で清潔で、ビーチのすぐ前に位置しています。波の音に目覚め、毎朝息をのむような海の景色に出て行くのは純粋な幸せでした。 私たちの部屋の宿泊施設は私たちの期待を上回りました。広として快適で、家族のために思慮深く準備されていました。すべてが清潔で居心地が良く、手入れが行き届いていました。ゲストの快適さを大切にしていることを本当に感じることができます。海岸からわずか数歩の距離にあるため、私たちの滞在はさらに特別になりました。子供たちはとても幸せで、両親として、彼らがあらゆる瞬間を楽しむのを見ることはそれだけの価値がありました。 スタッフは素晴らしかった-暖かく、礼儀正しく、常に本物の笑顔で助ける準備ができていました.彼らのおもてなしは、全体の経験をさらに忘れられないものにしました. 全体的に、それは素晴らしいサービスと素晴らしい経験を持つ素晴らしい場所でした。私たちは心がいっぱいで、美しい思い出、そしてまた戻ってくるという約束を持って出発しました。海辺でリラックスと喜びを両方望む家族に強くお勧めします。

Hi Team, Definitely will go back to this wonderful paradise! This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble. From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home. We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest. The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self. Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back. Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

素晴らしい旅でした！レビューを書く機会がなかったのですが、ここに書きます。 1. スタッフ - とても素晴らしくてフレンドリーで、いつも笑顔で親切でした。 2. マネージャー - 素晴らしく、思いやりがあり、面白く、いつも期待以上のサポートと対応をしてくれました。 3. リゾート - 素晴らしい海の景色とたくさんのアクティビティ。2 週間の間に 3 回も行きました。笑 4. 部屋 - 清潔で快適！ 5. 食事と飲み物 - 美味しくて最高！フィリピンで最高のホテルの 1 つです。 世界中の多くのホテルやリゾートに泊まりましたが、ここは今まで泊まった中で一番でした。雰囲気、フレンドリーさ、アクティビティ、食事と飲み物。こんなにリラックスした気分になったことはなく、電話を使う必要さえありませんでした。ストレスがなく、すべてが良い雰囲気でした！目覚めて海を眺め、心地よい音楽を聴きながら美味しいコーヒーを飲むと、何時間もかけて車で行った価値が十分にあります（片道約 4 時間）。 私にとっては、これは単なる滞在以上のもので、忘れられない経験でした。私たちは平常時も台風の日も過ごしましたが、その間ずっと彼らは素晴らしく親切でした。間違いなく冒険でした。今私は再びフロリダに戻っており、この場所が恋しいですが、来年フィリピンを訪れる計画を立てており、ここを私の一番の訪問先にするつもりです。

Ok sa sea master ...9/10..mabait ang may ari at care taker... problema namin un island hopping naun nasira ang cp namin nag ka sugat sugat paa namin kasi duon nila kami dinala sa mabato at malakas ang alon.. Nag aaway pa ang mga bangkero ndi sila magkasundo.. May mga bata pa naman kaming ksma.. Kaya kung mag island hopping kayo wag kau dun sa sinabi nila na white sand nkktakot dun nlang kau sa starfish at sa fish feeding .. Para safe lalo kung may mga bata.. Charge to experience samin yun nangyare Grabe ang experience namin dun sa island hopping natakot ako para sa mga anak ko lakas ng alon ang layo pa ng bangka kaya nag ka tumba tumba kami dahil sa lakas ng alon na tangay mga sleepers namin kaya nun tumapak kmi sa mga bato sugat sugat.. Hindi pa pantay ang lupa may mababaw may malalim.. Wlang kwenta ang bangkero ndi man lang kami tulungan nasira ang mga cp namim napasukan ng tubig kasi wla silang siplock nilagay lang sa plastik ng tinapay..

Quite a secluded place very chill only shared with a few other hotel guests which was a plus. Beach was literally right on your doorstep, wouldnt say its the most pristine but there was barely anyone there which was great and so was the pool. Rooms were great they were all spacious, airconditioned and had a great blend of modern and traditional filipino style into it. The cons, the hotel is underconstruction was never mentioned in the booking which was annoying they had people working around the place which ruined the vibe. There were no showers outside or toilet. The quality of the towels were poor some had stains on them. Another issue was the complete lack of restaurant in the hotel, they did provide a restaurant who would deliver food to the hotel. However despite this the service from the staff was exceptional and they were able to accomodate our requests and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Very dirty room. Pillows and blankets are dirty. Towels are also very dirty. Service are okay, wouldn't say its the best. They only have complimentary 4 bottle water per day. Additional 50 pesos or one. No beach, no activities. Only snorkeling and kayak. But views are nice. But will not come here again. There are more resorts worth your money and stay. Only came here since social media said its nice and worth it.

Location is accessible to SM Batangas mall. There is a gate to connect outside the mall just need to check with the guard. Buffet food change everyday. Room seems old style.
