到着した瞬間から、この滞在が特別なものになるだろうと確信しました。空港からは豪華なジャガー（完全無料）で迎えに来ていただき、出発時には市内中心部への無料送迎も含め、再び送迎していただきました。最初から最後まで、まさにVIP待遇…他では経験したことのない体験でした。 フライトの時間がホテルの通常の営業時間と合わなかったため、スタッフの方々は追加料金なしで早めのチェックインと遅めのチェックアウトを許可してくださいました。おかげで旅のストレスがなくなり、滞在がさらに快適になりました。この柔軟な対応は私にとって何よりも重要でした。 スタッフ全員が驚くほど温かく、プロフェッショナルで、心からの思いやりを感じました。残念ながら受付の女性スタッフの名前は聞き取れませんでしたが、彼女たちは本当に素晴らしく、心から称賛に値します。特にトーマスは、プロフェッショナルでフレンドリー、そしてチームの中でも際立った存在でした。後で知ったのですが、彼の誕生日は4日木曜日でした。出発前に誕生日おめでとうと伝えたかったです！ 立地は完璧です。ショップ、カフェ、レストランが近くにあり、ポルトを散策しながら、静かで快適な滞在を楽しめます。 部屋は清潔で居心地が良く、美しく整えられていました。アメニティも一流でした。 ミニバー、紅茶とコーヒーのセッティング、ケトル、ふかふかのスリッパ、バスローブ、ボトルウォーターなど、すべてが心のこもったサービスで用意されていました。到着時にはウェルカムドリンクで迎えられ、部屋には新鮮なフルーツのトレイが用意されていました。ありきたりなサービスではなく、すべてが意図的なものでした。 このホテルの真の魅力は、細部へのこだわりです。あらゆるやり取りや細やかな心遣いに、思いやり、愛情、そして目的意識が感じられます。ただの宿泊客として扱われるのではなく、心からおもてなしを受けられます。 正直言って、今回の滞在で不満な点が一つもありません。ホテル・ジャガー・ポルトは、贅沢なサービスと真の温かさ、そして心のこもったサービスを兼ね備えており、他に類を見ないホテルです。 ポルトを訪れ、宿泊以上の体験を求めているなら、このホテルは絶対に予約すべきです。 100%おすすめです。絶対にまた来ます。✨👏

This hotel is located right in front of a main city square which is very convenient to walk around the city. The room is beautifully decorated with new fixtures. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

酒店很好 就是門口那個破有點抖 兩個人拖了兩個箱子有點累 車子開不上去 還好酒店工作人員幫忙解決了這個問題 很感謝 酒店早餐很豐富 蛋類很多品種都是現點的 還有很多鮮榨果汁和奶昔 西式早餐裏算可以的了 每天也會略微還一下酸奶口味什麼的 喜歡吃蛋撻 房間也大 唯一不好就是酒店門口到房間彎彎繞繞到房間走很多路有點辛苦 其他完美

ホテルのサービスレベルは素晴らしい👍、私がホテルに入ったとき、ドアのウェイターは笑顔で私を迎え、荷物を手伝うかどうか尋ねましたか?私はいいえ、ありがとう😊!私がカウンターでチェックインしたとき、ウェイターは私に飲み物と熱いタオルを提供し、笑顔でいっぱいでした。 もう一人の賞賛は部屋の掃除人です。私はもともと自分のiPhoneペンシルフォークリフトカバーが失われたと思って探しをあきらめましたが、通りに行って部屋に戻ったとき、部屋が明るく清潔でしたのを見ました。テーブルの上には私が失ったiPhoneペンシルフォークリフトカバーがあります。私がそれを見つけるのを手伝ってくれて本当にありがとう。 実際、ホテルのウェイターは皆良い👍、一流のサービス品質 ホテルの環境はとてもきれいで、とてもきれいです、とても快適です

Our family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappoin**ent was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

ポルトのユーロスターズ・アリアドスで素晴らしい滞在を楽しみました。5つ星ホテルと謳っていますが、高級4つ星ホテルのような雰囲気です。5つ星ホテルならではの贅沢なサービスや特別な雰囲気が欠けているからです。とはいえ、価格に見合った価値があり、素晴らしい滞在となりました。 このホテルの最大の魅力の一つは、ポルトの中心部に位置し、徒歩で街を散策しやすいという立地です。中心部にありながら、部屋は静かで防音対策もしっかりしており、ぐっすりと眠ることができました。 チェックインはスムーズで効率的で、フレンドリーでプロフェッショナルなスタッフがすぐに歓迎してくれました。滞在中も、スタッフは丁寧で親切に対応してくれ、快適な滞在を約束してくれました。 部屋は広々としてスタイリッシュ、そしてとても快適でした。キングサイズのベッド、エレガントな内装、そして贅沢なひとときを演出してくれる大きなシャワーが備わっていました。全てが完璧に清潔で、ホテルを選ぶ際に常に重視する点です。 ホテルには、ジム、サウナ、ハマムを備えたスパがあり、宿泊客は無料で利用できます。今回は利用できませんでしたが、モダンで手入れが行き届いており、居心地の良い空間で、ホテルの魅力をさらに高めていました。 ユーロスターズ アリアドスは、スタイリッシュで快適な滞在をリーズナブルな価格で提供しています。真の5つ星ホテルとまではいかないかもしれませんが、ポルト中心部で質の高いホテルをお探しの方には最適な選択肢です。ぜひまた泊まりたいです！

1日のみ滞在しましたが、延長したいぐらい良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクや無料の朝食など、ホステルとは思えないほど施設が充実していました。 また、ベッドもふかふかで、清潔感がありました。 改善してほしい点としては、２段ベッドの上の段への上り下りが少し大変だったのと、バストイレが同じ空間にあるのでシャワー中に臭気などが漂ってくるところです。せめてバストイレの間のパーテションは天井まで張り上げた方がいいと思います。

とても良いホテル!絶好のロケーション。多くの速い朝食やレストランに非常に近く、多くのアトラクションにも近い。素晴らしい!

The least you expect from a five star hotel was a good service and cleanlinless. We stayed here for 5 nights and they did not change our bedsheet even though it was written that they will change it every 3 days, no refill of water, no refill of tissues and coffee and tea we had to request it. There’s a small cockroach in the bathtub. At the front desk they don’t even greet you whenever you passby I am not being entitled that I should be greeted I just compare it to other hotel where they always smile. It’s hard to call the front desk sometimes it will take 5 minutes.  On the positive side the food in the restaurant was really good and the drinks at the bar those who are working there was really nice and attentive too. I’d like to commend also Fabrizio who always smile and who helps us with our luggage when we check in and check out.

We booked a junior suite and asked to be put on a high floor. However, we got assigned the ground floor room facing the inner courtyard, making the room quite dark. And the lighting inside the room did not help either since most of the lights were directed light. We have asked for a change of room but was told its not available. The room is on the ground floor close to the lobby and the restaurant. When we asked to change the room, I have expressed my concern that it would be noisy and the front desk agent assured me that it would not be the case. Then on New Year's Eve, they have a party in the restaurant with very loud music. And the sound obviously leaked into our room, and the party lasted till the small hours. The selection of food items at breakfast is quite limited. Its really quite mediocre compared with other hotels in this category. The only saving grace for this hotel is its location.
