MM15KAKEReNwe’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.

ゲゲストLevel 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy.
Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights.
At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy.
Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am.
No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

ゲゲストNice Hotel - Room layout is good, Lobby is nice ,but be prepared to lug your luggage up 2 short flights of stairs , first to the Lobby and then to the lift for room
Also be very careful when parking at the front of hotel - the back of car is very close to the road
I don't mind the walk to Old city - 800m?

ゲゲスト木と自然の音の間に美しく位置しているとても素敵なホテル。ロマンチックな休憩のために静かな時間にそこにいるのは幸運でした。食べ物はとても良かったし、スタッフはとても気配りがあり親切でした。私たちはプールとホットタブを楽しんだ。全体として素晴らしい滞在であり、私たちは戻ってきます

SSong OwThe hotel is located within the City Centre and it is no more than 100m from the road which makes lugging your luggage easier. It is very convenient getting to the pedestrian mall. The only downside is that there is no elevator.
