Location was perfect as we were going to soak city as well as Knott’s berry farm! Hotel and room were clean. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境優美，藝術氣息濃厚，服務熱情周到。我入住的是酒店湖景帶陽台的房間，窗外的風景很美，樹木繁茂，湖水碧綠，可以散步。酒店環境優美適合旅行兼顧休息放鬆心情。

とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。私たちは、ディズニーランドへは行かなかったのですが、ホテルからはかわいいカチューシャをつけた家族やカップルをたくさん見かけました。 近くには、薬局やレストランなど、長旅でも必要なものは、ほぼ手に入るかと思います。また、ホテルのスタッフの方々は、みなとてもフレンドリーで、いつも笑顔で迎えてくれました。電話対応にもすぐに応答があり、とても真摯に対応してくださいました。 特にお部屋の中のコップ類が使い捨てのもので、衛生面の観点から、とても好感を持ちました。 わたしたちは、10泊以上を過ごしたためか、宿泊前に準備してくればよかったと感じる点がいくつかありましたので、共有させてください。 ・フェイスタオルの長さが短めで、お風呂のあとに髪の毛を束ねるのが厳しかったです。 ・アメニティは、特にないため、持参が必要です。 ・お水は、清掃毎に2本いただけます。そのため、スーパーでまとめて購入してしまうと、消費に困るほどでした（笑） ・室内は、間接照明やフロアランプのみです。デスクライトはないため、夜間の手元灯がなく、パソコン作業にすこし△でした。 長泊のため、気になる点がありましたが、総じて大変快適な宿泊でした。ありがとうございました。

サービスはとても良かったです。ランドリー設備はやはり古かったのですが、さらに、ランドリールームでまさかの『密室事件』に遭遇しました。ドアが開かなくなり、ホテル側がドアを外してようやく解決するという、なかなか劇的なハプニングでした。周辺には飲食店が多く、交通の便も非常に良かったです。ディズニーへのシャトルバスもとても快適で、自分で運転する必要がなかったので大変助かりました。

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

ディズニーランドホテルは、これまで家族で宿泊した他のディズニーパークホテルと同様に、いつも魔法のような滞在を提供してくれます。フロントロビーのスタッフはいつもとても親切で、温かく迎えてくれます。ただ、一点だけ気になったのは、明らかにチップ目当てで働いているスタッフがいたことです。エドワード・チャベスというスタッフが家族の荷物を手伝ってくれましたが、「準備できてると思ったのに、写真撮ってるだけじゃないですか」と失礼な態度をとっただけでなく、チップを期待してVenmoアカウントを提示し、報酬を要求しました。ディズニーパークホテルでの通常素晴らしい体験に、これは汚点でした。

清潔で爽やかなホテル。ディズニーランドに近いのに静かです。フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、遅く帰ってきた時にも閉店時間にもかかわらず店を開けてくれて、水を買うことができました！コップを持っている人は1階で無料の飲料水がもらえます。匂いもなかったので、天然水ではないのかもしれません。清掃員の方もとても親切で、メッセージを残してくれました。ツインベッドを予約していましたが、ホテルではキングサイズベッドと二段ベッドを用意してくれました。二段ベッドは大きくはありませんでしたが、キングサイズベッドよりもしっかりとした寝心地でした！ ⚠️：ホテルには無料シャトルバスはありません。大人1人6ドルの1日乗車券がありますが、私たちは車を持っていたので利用しませんでした。

ヒルトンホテルは相変わらず安定しています アメリカには出張が多いので、ヒルトン、マリオット、コートヤードのどれを選んでも、私は今でもヒルトンが好きです。ベッドはとても快適で、スペースはとても広いです。

部屋は素敵でしたが、唯一の問題はインターネットが使えなかったことです。修理を送ると言われましたが、誰も来ませんでした。新しいシーツが必要だったのでハウスキーピングをお願いしましたが、これも誰も来ませんでした。2日間滞在中、タオルも交換してもらえませんでした。
