美しいホテルで、マイアミビーチへのアクセスも抜群です。ビーチもプールも素晴らしく、本当に楽しめました。

とても清潔でフレンドリーな場所で、素晴らしい滞在ができました。 ビーチ、スーパーマーケット、飲食店まで1ブロック、ホステルからも1ブロックです。 素敵なプール、バー、レストランがあります。スタッフは皆フレンドリーです。プールとビーチ用のタオルと、周辺を散策するのに使える自転車も用意されています。 サウスビーチまで徒歩15分です。 ありがとうございました！

立地が良い以外は、なぜこんなに評価が高いのか分かりません。ベッドは比較的広めでプライバシーも確保されており、ベッドサイドランプもカーテン付きでとても使いやすいです。設備は一通り揃っていますが、あまり新しくはありません。以前スイスで泊まったユースホステルよりも雑然とした感じがひどいです。バスルームに紙を落としたので、何気なく拭いたら、そこの床は掃除されていたのだろうか、神のみぞ知る。幸い、使い捨てのシーツとタオルを持ってきていたので問題ありませんでした。夜はエアコンの音がとてもうるさいので、寝苦しい人には絶対向きません。しかし、場所は確かに良く、どこに行くにも近くにたくさんの食べ物や飲み物があり、日帰りツアーを予約できます。正直なところ、英語が理解できる場合は、中国語のツアーを予約しないでください。自分でテストしてみないとわかりません。自宅で受け取るには高すぎます。

ロビーは凍えています。スタッフはフレンドリーです。チェックインの待ち時間は約20分でした。フロントデスクのスタッフは1人だけで、私たちの前のグループはあまりにも多くの時間を費やしました。 部屋はまともで清潔です。バルコニーが大好きで、ビーチに直接アクセスできます。プールは少し小さいですが、2つのプールがあります。

とても良いビーチホテル、おいしい朝食、気配りの行き届いたスタッフ😍😍😍居心地が良く、新しく改装された...おそらくサウスビーチで最高のもの🤩🤩🤩間違いなく戻ってきます!!!

Отличный отель для пляжного отдыха! Океан в 100м, Оушен драйв-улица только с велосипедной и пешеходной дорожкой. Велосипед напрокат бесплатно на 1 час, но особо не контролируют, можно кататься и больше: есть все возможности для катания, длинная набережная на десятки километров. Номер шикарный! Большой, с чашкой отличного кофе по утрам. Постель удобная, мягкая, полотенца можно менять каждый день, Пляжные полотенца выдают бесплатно. Балкона нет, но в нем нет необходимости. Атмосфера праздника!!!

Boulan South Beach – Honest Review I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks. Positives: The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out. Negatives: That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience. Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear. Final Thoughts: Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.
