not directly at the beach, but in close proximity. good service, nice rooms and bathrooms. good location for miami south beach, quite but close to restaurants and bars. late night parking was not possible.

ロビーは凍えています。スタッフはフレンドリーです。チェックインの待ち時間は約20分でした。フロントデスクのスタッフは1人だけで、私たちの前のグループはあまりにも多くの時間を費やしました。 部屋はまともで清潔です。バルコニーが大好きで、ビーチに直接アクセスできます。プールは少し小さいですが、2つのプールがあります。

部屋は湿気があり、カビの臭いがしました…RCホテルとしては最高の臭いではありませんでした。彼らはある晩メンテナンスのためにエアコンを止めたので、部屋は不快に暑くなりました。その後、午前1時に火災警報器が鳴り、さらに午前5時に再び警報が鳴りました（明らかに作業中のせいでした）は、素晴らしい夜の滞在ではありませんでした。ホテルの基本充実はやっぱり寝る場所!!ホテルのスタッフは、ビーチ、プール、ドアマン/係員付き係員、チェックインに至るまで、素晴らしい 5 つ星のサービスを提供しました。

ツインルームは4人家族にちょうどいい広さでした。 しかし、部屋のスペースと通路は非常に狭く、24インチのスーツケースを開けた後は動き回る余地がなく、少し不便です。 ウェイターは歓迎してくれて親切でした。 一番驚いたのは、ホテルが自転車を無料で貸し出していることです。1日2時間まで借りることができます。私たち4人家族は4台の自転車を借りてサウスビーチを回りましたが、とても価値のあるアクティビティだと思いました。

ビーチサービスは午後5時に終了しますが、これは時期尚早です。乗客が多すぎてエレベーターが混んでいます。与えられた床はより低いです。ハードウェア設備は良くて新しいです。フロントデスクの態度はより専門的でなければなりません。

Boulan South Beach – Honest Review I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks. Positives: The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out. Negatives: That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience. Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear. Final Thoughts: Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.

プライベートビーチも利用しました！プールもビーチも17時にはサービス終了なのでご注意を。部屋にレフィル可能なボトルが置いてあり、館内の至る所で給水できたのがとても良かった！ペットボトルよりエコなので。広々したジュニアスイートにアップグレードして大正解！家族4人で広く使えました。バスルームも広くて、シャワー別で椅子もありました。アメニティも香りが良くて◎ 空港からもアクセス良くUberで3,500円程で15分位で到着しました！ お部屋からは隣のタワーマンションとビーチが見えました。
