The hotel has potential to be nicer. The maintenance needs to be addressed better. We had a bathroom door that broke and locked us out. Someone did come quickly and force the door open, but it sounded like they were aware this had previously been a problem, and it hadn’t been fixed. Also, the temperature in the room was very difficult to control. Set for 62, blasting heat. The room itself was fine, and the breakfast was good. If they could improve the maintenance, it would go a long way.

Housekeeping was exceptional. We came back to find a note left by Misty saying she left us clean towels, toilet paper and such. We had only been there 1 night. They were booked every night. Other guests were loud, stomping on the floor above us. Air conditioner did not work well, was hot in the room. Overall it was great and we would stay again.

The room was ok. There were no outlets by the beds, only USB ports. The room lighting was awful, with the lighting color temperature way too high, like an office, 3500k or above. No coffee maker in room, and with this being 2024, the television was not HD. I felt like I was back in the 70’s. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The free breakfast was pretty minimal. Surprised to see an ironing board and iron on the wall.

Comfortable room, nice pool and hot tub. Short walk to Crackle Barrel for dinner. Light breakfast and easy access to Interstate.

The price of this place is definitely not worth it. Our room smelled like mould and found the wi does covered in it in the morning. The bedcover had a blood stain on it (very gross). They had one bottle of water for sale which I bought only to find it had been opened already. They did not refund it. They also did not offer any reduction in rate for the grossness of our room.

Shower curtain in the bathroom was extremely stained, as well as the bathtub/shower itself. Recommend replacing the shower curtains as it looked like mold stains on the curtain. Everything else was clean and the staff were extremely friendly.

Andrea at front desk was awesome! Cleaning lady that helped on second day was very friendly and nice. Although none of the cleaning people ever cleaned the sink or bathtub the entire week we were there. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

There were a lot of bad reviews about this property which caused concerns. You get what you pay for. That said, this property was clean, fresh and equal to other properties we have stayed at in the same area.

Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff. Close to Cracker Barrel, Outback Jacks and Ruby Tuesdays.
