I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Ho soggiornato al Riad Zanouba con i miei due figli e l'accoglienza è stata squisita. La posizione è strategica: si trova appena fuori dalla Medina. Il punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff, sempre gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Ottima la colazione e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la cena (abbiamo cenato lì una sera: tutto squisito!). Per quanto riguarda la struttura, le camere risentono della tipica costruzione dei riad: essendo senza finestre verso l'esterno, l'umidità si sente e l'insonorizzazione è quasi assente. È però un aspetto abbastanza comune in questo tipo di edifici storici. Nel complesso, un’ottima esperienza che consigliamo.

A lovely place to stay, Marrakesh Medina is a labyrinth, we are glad that the riad (Rachid)picked us from the door the taxi left us, anyway we found the place with the instructions - map, explanations that Hasna gave us, she was kind and always ready to help with whatever we needed, Rachid also helps us with transport and information, I love the square pancakes and Mouna patiently taught me how to make it. It was a pleasant stay even though we had tours everyday we just slept in the Riad. The only downside is the bad smell from the pipes in our room toilet, we think is due to old pipes, Hasna apologised and tried to fixed it. They are aware of the problem.

A beautiful riad in the heart of Medina. It was clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Although centrally located it is still quiet enough to relax and sleep. Overall a fantastic option for your trip. Would stay again.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen in der Altstadt von Marrakech, in der Medina. Im Vorfeld hat man uns schon eine Abholung vom Flughafen für 15€ organisiert. Das Personal im Riad war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, was aber in diesen traditionellen Häusern wohl so üblich ist. Für uns war es ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Medina von Marrakech zu erkunden.

I had a wonderful experience across all three hotels I stayed in, each offering something unique and memorable. **Hotel One:** My stay here was truly pleasant, thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff. Fatima Al Zehra, Omar, and Saied were especially kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options to start the day.
