素晴らしい
ゲゲストWe had a fantastic stay at Mohamed's apartment in the Al Ismailia residence. The apartment is beautiful, impeccably clean, and so well-equipped it felt like a true home away from home. Mohamed is a wonderful and attentive host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The thoughtful provisions like coffee, water, and cooking spices (baharat) were a lovely touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The building is modern and feels very safe, and the Gueliz location is perfect for exploring.
We would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

リアド自体は美しく趣味の良い装飾が施されていますが、滞在を本当に素晴らしいものにしてくれたのは、そこにいる人々による卓越したサービスでした。ドゥーニャさんは、私の大きな荷物をロビーまで運んでくれたり、部屋を常に清潔に保ってくれたりと、大変親切にしてくれました。ファリッドさんは、初日の夜に屋上でモロッコティーを用意してくれ、素晴らしいレストランのおすすめも惜しみなく教えてくれました。ディレクターのヌールさんとその妹さんは、私を見かけるたびに温かい笑顔で挨拶してくれ、本当に素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。
彼らは温かく真摯なおもてなしを提供し、私が快適に過ごせるよう、いつも期待以上の気遣いをしてくれました。私は本当に観光客ではなく、歓迎されたゲストであると感じました。残念ながら2日目に食中毒になり、全く部屋から出られなかったのですが、彼らはそれに気づいて私の様子を伺ってくれました。そのレベルの心遣いは、私にとって本当に大きな意味がありました。最後に、リアド自体はジャマ・エル・フナ広場とメディナから文字通りわずか2〜4分の距離にあり、移動が信じられないほど簡単でした。迷うことなく、必ずまた訪れたいと思います。リアド・ママ、本当にありがとう！最高のホスピタリティです。クタブィア・モスクを望む屋上からの眺めも最高です。

匿匿名ユーザーIt was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking.
There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice.
I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade.
The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though.
The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

FFarahWe had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jibril during our visit to Marrakech, and what a delightful experience it was!
Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations.
The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too!
What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay.
The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable.

Mmorrow_girlWe liked this Riad. It is located very close to the bus stop and in a peaceful place. The room was cleaned every day, the stuff supplied with hygiene products like soap and shampoo. Muhammed was extremely polite and helpful. Great quality-price ratio!
The only thing I didn’t like was the noise that can be heard from the main room in the evening — but it’s typical for riads because of their construction. But after 23:00 everything was quiet, so I didn’t suffer a lot.
Generally, I can recommend this place for staying!

Mmattie graceホテルは清潔で、従業員は皆とても親切で助かりました。チェックインの際、もう1泊滞在できるか尋ねたところ、彼らは手伝ってくれて、1泊追加だったので無料で広い部屋を用意してくれました。
彼らはエレベーターで荷物を運んでくれて、部屋まで案内してくれました。女性で1人で泊まっていて、とても安心しました。
ドアや出入り口の細部、照明器具など、モロッコらしい素敵な雰囲気があります。
写真を撮り忘れてしまいましたが、私の部屋がどんな感じか誰かに見せようと送った動画のスクリーンショットです。
ここのレビューを見て清潔さについて最初は不安でしたが、とても清潔で、不在の場合でも、滞在している場合でも、午後2～3時頃にお願いすれば毎日掃除してくれます。
部屋には小さな冷蔵庫、化粧台/机、ローカルチャンネル付きのテレビ、その他一般的なものがありました。

ゲゲストそこには問題はありませんでした。一般的に、レセプションに誰もいなくてもサービスは良好であるため、正面玄関と部屋の鍵を自分で渡します。提案として、「Riad Nouhal」というサインが必要ですが、とにかく、Google Mapsの場所をたどると、中に入ることになります。
