北京西山温泉ホテル

It’s was really nice stay at XishannHot spring hotel, there a lot of things to do for families. It was me, my wife, our two kids of 7 years old. Beside the many swimming pools they have two indoor parks and many activities going on almost 24h! It was a really nice stay! Hotel was clean, the food was good, good organized and room well maintained! There are two things I think could be better, first is the food menu is 100% Chinese, so no western options, I think they could have some options to make easy for western kids and families. And second is the fact that all instructions and all staff speak only Chinese, so I think they should at least translate all instructions at hotel, swimming pool, indoor parks to English, these would make the stay even better!

Location is a hour drive from city centre. Room are big and comfortable. Spa amenities are good. But it is a bit crowd at the spa. Lots of people in the indoor hot pool. During winter, the outdoor are less crowd and comfortable. Buffet food is just soso. Lots of variety but of average quality.

Quiet, large and nice room. Looks clean. Comfortable bed and furnishing. Nice bathroom as well, with separation.

Hotel with a water park and indoor playground. Tickets have be purchased separately, around 360rmb for adults and half price for kids, this includes a buffet lunch too. Service and facilities was great and my daughter enjoyed it a lot! Only qualms was that there wasn't a cafe /shop at ground floor to purchase snacks, light bites.

Very good option for a vacation in a city. The hotel has amenities of a resort, just at the outskirts of Beijing. Plenty of option to enjoy hot spring. If you enjoy "traffic jam" in the large restaurant during lunch and evening time, having a package including meals, hot bath and accommodation is a good option. The hotel offers meals 4 times per day, breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper (midnight meal, just after the hot baths are closed). Little bit noisy and not pleasant rooms if not having windows outside. Good option to have vindows towards outside of hotel, more light and air. Overal good hotel, good service. Some things still need improvement, some refurbishing would be great, but indeed price-service-quality is very good level. And yes, is few minutes from metro station on line 16 (you count some 40 min to arrive downtown).
