We nice ambience when we entered and had hand sanitizer sations available through out the hotel. Greeted by very friendly and courteous staff, thanks Madelina and Rubelha for all you help. Room was very nice and clean. Room service staff was great, thanks Rachel and Michelle. Housekeeping staff was fast and courteous. Food was great, loved the home made Titanic ice cream sundae and their other deserts.
The service, especially Sreerag, Nicola, and Narayan ,at the front desk were exceptional and beyond reproach. Not to mention chef Beatha's fish and chips were the best I have ever had. My wife and I met at a Holiday Inn on Longboat Key in Sarasota Florida forty years ago where I was a musician, and she a hostess. Sadly it was demolished for a condominium. We're pleased you are here as so many locations in our country are gone.

Emergency night after flight cancellation but wow, the service provided made the day. Would definitely recommend.
The breakfast was included in the deal so it was a bargain buffet for me in the mornings. Trust me the food is amazing👏🏿
You like the gym? They got you covered. The bus/rail station is next door to take you any places you want. It's in the city centre so you call get that leg stretch and walk around the city, exploring the beauty of Belfast.
Probably the best thing about the hotel is the location, it’s close to everything you need as a tourist. The WiFi is also very good. However, the facility is average and there a few stuffs worn out in the room. Needs some upgrade.
The good- great location, high quality bed and furnishings.
The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses.
Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen.
Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave.
Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve.
Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.
From the minute you set foot in this beautifully-restored period property, you know that your stay at The Regency is going to be memorable. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which felt simultaneously spacious and cosy – no mean feat! The exquisite decor of this apartment has to be experienced to be believed - it is opulent, elegant and oh so comfortable. We felt as if we had stepped back in time yet also enjoyed all mod cons right down to the remote-controlled gas fire most welcome on a grey, wet evening. Our apartment had everything we could possibly need from glassware to tableware and cooking utensils - the DeLonghi coffee machine was a lovely touch. The bathrooms are sheer luxury and the fluffy white bathrobes made us feel as if we were in a five-star hotel but with ten times the space. Each bedroom has been furnished in its own individual style and the extremely comfortable pillows and beds guaranteed a good night's sleep. Should you tire of catering for yourself, the Regency offers a full concierge service and its superb location means that you are within easy striking distance of the city centre and a plethora of restaurants, bars, cafes in addition to many cultural attractions. On the other hand, you could just curl up on the super-comfy sofa, select an LP to play on the retro record player, and with a glass of something cheerful in your hand, congratulate yourself on having come across this unique (overused but 100% true in this case) gem of an apartment
JjamesHotel was nice and clean. A little on the expensive side for drinks. Breakfast was average and a expensive for the quality. The hotel restaurant ( la scala) was a whole different level. Food was amazing. Especially the lamb shank. My wife had the chicken which was done to perfection. If you are going for a quiet trip then this hotel might be for you. If you are going as part of a trip to Belfast City then it's very far out from the city. About 20 pounds in each direction.
We had a 1 night stay here at the weekend. It was fabulous. The hotel has an amazing central location. You can walk quickly to the SSE arena from there and Victoria Square is right outside the door. The hotel itself is really modern and hosts 2 beautiful bars - Tetto and Rattlebag. Rattlebag was very cool and served amazing cocktails. Lovely staff, comfortable room. Perfect location if you want to explore the city. We'll definitely return! Thanks
These apartments have a fab location and are a great base for exploring Belfast. The views are just fantastic. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a trip to Belfast! Check in was easy and parking available in the underground!
