The room is cozy and nice. The receptionists are also friendly and helpful. The location is quite good, which is close to some famous landmarks and there’s bus station that can route to the city center.

本当に残念です。まず、チェックインしたときにゴミ箱が掃除されていないのに気づきました。その後、シャワーを浴びたときに、テレビのリモコンの裏蓋が壊れていました。透明な接着剤を使用しましたが、剥がれませんでした。くっつかないよ。残りの部分は問題ありません。場所も問題ありません。ベルファスト駅のすぐ隣にあり、市内中心部からも徒歩圏内です。朝食は美味しく、種類もサービスもとても良いです。予約したときは 3 泊の料金が 4,400 元でしたが、数日後、幸いなことにもう一度確認して新たに予約したところ、400 元が節約できました。

フレンドリーなスタッフ、スタイリッシュで風変わりな装飾、広とした部屋、快適なベッド、トイレタリーは素晴らしいにおいがします。私たちが一晩だけ滞在したのが残念です。ベルファストを再び訪れると、間違いなく戻ってきます。

The good- great location, high quality bed and furnishings. The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses. Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen. Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave. Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve. Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.

Probably the best thing about the hotel is the location, it’s close to everything you need as a tourist. The WiFi is also very good. However, the facility is average and there a few stuffs worn out in the room. Needs some upgrade.

Emergency night after flight cancellation but wow, the service provided made the day. Would definitely recommend. The breakfast was included in the deal so it was a bargain buffet for me in the mornings. Trust me the food is amazing👏🏿 You like the gym? They got you covered. The bus/rail station is next door to take you any places you want. It's in the city centre so you call get that leg stretch and walk around the city, exploring the beauty of Belfast.

The location of the hotel is splendid. It is accessible and near to the city and i can definitely say its one of the affordable places to stay in the city centre. The service was good and the people were really sweet. Everyone at the reception was welcoming. I wasn't a big fan of the way the toilets and bathrooms are structured. Plus although they had unlimited coffee, we had to go to the reception (would prefer a kettle at the room instead). Moreover hairdryer and extra pillow are all available but you need to ask the reception. These aren't the staffs problem but just the hotel in general.

Good hotel but no air conditioning. Lounge is decent . Shane they lack of good breakfast options, even though they have a buffet in the morning. Very limited choices. Could be better.

We nice ambience when we entered and had hand sanitizer sations available through out the hotel. Greeted by very friendly and courteous staff, thanks Madelina and Rubelha for all you help. Room was very nice and clean. Room service staff was great, thanks Rachel and Michelle. Housekeeping staff was fast and courteous. Food was great, loved the home made Titanic ice cream sundae and their other deserts.
