공항에서 50분정도 처로 걸려서 멀긴멀지만 룸서비스도 괜찮고 양이 많습니다. 밖에는 뭐가 많이없어거 꼭 유바뷸러서 마가야해요

I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel, I got a fever, likely due to the environmental change. I was shivering uncontrollably. The reception staff noticed immediately and assisted me right away. They asked for my ID and escorted me to my room, saying we could complete the check-in formalities later and that I should rest first. They quickly ordered warm ginger tea for me. I didn't have any medicine with me, and since the hotel was in an industrial area with no nearby medical store, they sent someone using the hotel car to get medicine for me. It was delivered to my room, and after taking the medicine, my fever went down. They also asked me what I wanted for dinner, but I fell asleep after taking the medicine. The hotel staff kindly woke me up when it was time to serve delicious food (moong dal and chapati). I don’t remember the names of the people who brought the medicine or the girl who brought food to my room, but I wanted to thank them from the bottom of my heart and appreciate their generosity and helpful attitude. They made me feel well taken care of. I slept peacefully and felt better the next day. When I checked out, Miss Nupur assisted me and inquired about my health and well-being. It was heartwarming to see everyone so concerned. Kudos to the team; their efforts are truly commendable. I would love to stay at this hotel on my next trip. Thanks once again.

The stay was very comfortable . The staff is very helpful . Would like to specialy thank rishika who always give welcome drink . And the other team nupur , shreya for the warm welcome Food is very delicious Prajwal was very kind in sugesting dishes.

Super efficient team at Vivanta, Navi Mumbai! The check in process, the in-room dining experience were fantastic, smooth, comfortable. Breakfast in a super crowded restaurant in the morning showcased the efficiency of the staff there - amazing! Without missing a beat, they ***aged so well to the delight of the customers present. Sukhbir at the lobby was very supportive, courteous, efficient, professional. Mona and Shreya at the front desk, very sweet, efficient, prompt, professional. Rashika needs a very special mention - so pleasant and her smile made my day! Thank you, Rashika.
