Check in very easy. 200 euro deposit needed. Lift very slow but gets you there eventually! Rooms good size with plenty of coat hangers. Iron and ironing board provided. Hair dryer in the bathroom pretty good, shower is fixable at a height so shower cap needed if not washing your hair. PLEASE NOTE only 1 toilet roll is provided you need to buy your own. Kitchen has microwave, hob, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster, washing machine and dolce gusto machine. Plates, cups etc are in the cabinet in the living room area. Balcony is huge with great sea views from floor 12. Gets very noisy with party people so don't stay here if you are looking for a quiet peaceful night sleep or take earplugs! Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Perfect location to plenty of pubs, bars and eating places. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location on the ***** but not noisy. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need. huge wrap around balcony’s in 2 bedroom apartments. Lovely pool area but limited sun loungers so you need to be there at least 9.45am if you want one. Lovely bar area that serves snacks. 5min walk to the beach. You honestly can fault this hotel. I would recommend it and stay here again. Staff were lovely. You don’t get fresh towels or bed sheets if you stay less than a week. these are self catering apartments so you will need to purchase your own toilet rolls. You do get a pack with cloths washing up liquid ect. Bathroom has mini shower gel & shampoo.

30 sun beds for 42 apartments is not enough. Pool opens at 10 and people queueing to get a bed. The apartments are in a great location and adequate. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Safe in the room for valuables which is free. ……:…..

Excellent hotel perfect location best I’ve stopped in yet in Benidorm 👌staff were all so friendly and helpful , the only criticism was only 1 lift had to wait a while but it was busy and need more sun beds apart from that was brilliant definitely staying here again 👍

Excellent accommodation right at the edge of new town and close to beach .Would highly recommend staying here easy check in and reception staff very helpful, great service at the pool and service with a smile and song . Only 30 sunbeds around the pool managed to get one for 5 of us first 2 days but very busy after that but no problem we just went to the beach . Will definitely book here again when next in benidorm .

I’ll start with the negatives. You only get one toilet roll, you have to buy your own after that, they don’t give you any new towels if you need them, the roof top bar was not open and the lady receptionist spent a long time on the phone having a chat while I was standing waiting to talk to her, I was anxious to speak to her cause the security guy had accidentally kept my passport the night before when checking in. The pool was small and they defo need more space for sun loungers. If You weren’t out early no chance of getting one. However the room was very nice it had everything we needed and was very clean and the bar staff at snack bar were lovely. We had a great holiday overall.

Pleasant stay lovely apartments. Lovely staff and lovely pool. Only downside was that the rules said no reserving sun beds but people where still doing it as soon as the pool was open and then left and didn't return till hours later leveling people without sun beds.

Overall we had a good time. Staff were friendly especially the bar man - excellent service and very accommodating. I really liked the security, you needed a room key to enter the hotel. Downsides, not enough sun beds. Only 30 and a lot of people reserved sunbeds and didn’t use them for upto 4 hours. Staff moved them once on request of another guest. Was surprised with the £200 deposit, as this wasn’t stated when we booked and never been anywhere where we had to buy our own toilet role. Not really a big deal but just surprising. Towels and bedding changed twice (during a 2 week stay) and light cleaning done at that time, no other housekeeping done. However was nice and clean when we arrived. Good sized 2 bedroom apartment, furnished with everything you need such as iron board, iron, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine etc We would definitely stay again. Great location, and did not find it too noisy. Personally would not advise for kids, no entertainment or kids pools and a few groups (hen/stag do), we had no issues but around kids language and volume around the pool could upset some.

Stayed here a few times as its in a great location for what we want. Usually visit earlier in year so never noticed before but there just aren't enough sunbeds for the number of guest and not one umbrella for children or anyone that burns . Bar on site wouldn't allow you to borrow a chair or a brolly which would have helped. Rooms still good though just found out lever 13 second bedroom has bunk beds so not ideal for adults sharing bare in mind when booking! Good facilities in the room don't need anything else for a few days away with family.
