We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. We couldn’t shower as there was no hot water. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable

Very convenient location. Clean. But card key have issue. We wasted sometime waiting for entering the room.

We came for an end-of-summer getaway, but we just happened to hit a rainy couple of days. So even though it was August, we were literally the only guests, I think. So it was definitely quiet, lol. This is an older hotel, so it's certainly not fancy. But what we love about it is how incredibly convenient everything is. Right across the street is a convenience store where we get coffee each morning (the owner is SO NICE). The hotel is a couple short blocks from the boardwalk and the Mexican restaurant Spicy, which I'm obsessed with. If you're with kids it's nice because they have an outdoor pool, plus it's close to the section of the boardwalk where the rides are. There's also parking included. You seriously can't beat the convenience. I will say, though, that this year, in contrast with previous years, the owner sent us about a million emails before and after our stay. I heard from him more than my mother for a while there. They should probably tone down the correspondence, lol.

Just got home from the worst motel experience ever. Tom, the hotel manager was very quick at charging my account $150 because my 2 girls weren't on the reservation, fine. I showed him my booking was for the Sea Palace Inn, not the dumpy little motel next to the inn. He insisted there was a mistake, not on his behalf and an upgrade would be another charge. I swung by the office the next day in need of using their toilet and was told by Hanie (Tom's partner) that I could use a toilet in an empty room as long as I agreed to another charge for cleaning the bathroom. It seems they are very good at banging their guest credit cards out but horrible at keeping their rooms clean. I used a full can of body spray killing flies and ants in my room and brought some home with us too!

Great staff and service. Nice big bathroom, handicapped accessible, however cleaning product used made the floor there slippery, so a bath mat would have been nice and probably super important for any disabled person. Mattress great, nice to have fridge and microwave. We really appreciated being able to park early even on a busy Sunday. Best value around and nicely run convenience store right across! Thanks for everything!

We just stayed for 2 nights and i don’t have any complain.. the check in was easy and fast

Usually in seaside we stay at the Hershey motel but for a quick last minute booking we found this place a bit cheaper, the photos online looked good so for an over night we tried it out. We have 2 small kids and was placed on the 1st floor which was super accommodating for us, the walk to the beach was very close for the holiday weekend it wasn’t loud at all with younger people above us, the kids loved it we loved it majority of our time was at the beach but for the time we slept and had a meal the room was good for! Checking in was very easy as well! Super friendly and nice at check out too! Parking lot was also easy to get into not crowded and our car was right in from of our room!

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now. It's a great location only about one and a half blocks to the boardwalk. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My daughter and I will continue staying here for years to come always a great time.
