Excellent location in the centre of Biggar. Room was adequate with all basic needs, however we did have a problem with the shower. This was reported and the lovely member of staff apologised profusely and discounted our bill, which was unnecessary. We eat in the restaurant, the food was fantastic. Breakfast was beautifully served and all products fresh and local. The meat wS exceptional. Good parking out on the front and a very welcoming environment.

A very nice welcome at reception, however the room is at least a decade out of date. Not one single USB charging point in the room not to mention the room itself, some of the lights didn't work, Paint touch up looked like Frank Spencer had done it. The bathroom door was covered in steaks that hadn't been cleaned, holes in the walls that should have been filled and not particularly clean bedding. It is a shame as a bit of investment would make a lot of difference.
