部屋の設備は、温水洗浄便座がないなど多少古さを感じさせますが、それ以外は現代の水準に追いついていると思います。さすがは国際的なホテルだけあり、大きな宴会場や茶室、温泉施設もあり、ロボットによるサービスまであります。ベッドリネンは真っ白で清潔でした。2015年開業ですが、全く古さを感じさせません。ホテルの立地は最高で、離堆公園駅を出ると目の前にホテルがあり、仰天窩広場もすぐ隣、灌県古城はホテルの向かいにあり、ホテルの窓から見下ろすことができます。観光スポットへは徒歩でアクセス可能です。南橋ビューの部屋からは、南橋の青い涙のライトアップや灌県古城、仰天窩のパンダを見ることができます。都江堰を訪れるなら、このホテルを強くお勧めします。

Location is good with eateries n convenience stores next and opposite the hotel. Staff is helpful and responds promptly to our requests. Due to the short time period we have, we could not have time to enjoy the additional facilities and special service/voucher offered in our bookings.

[宿泊歓迎] 夏の暑さ対策 - レモンリフレッシュメントステーション：ロビーウォーター [宿泊歓迎] 漢服で半日レジャー：見た目は汚い [報国寺近く] 山の酸素温泉 - リラックスタイム：行かないようにしましょう。こういう派手な施設は良い経験にはならないので、行かない方が良いでしょう。 短所：ホテルのレイアウトが狭く、バスルームの蛇口から水が飛び散ります。朝食は、お粥と千切りポテト以外はすべて作り置きです。提供されなければもっと良かったでしょう。朝食係は、混雑で疲れていたのか機嫌が悪かったようで、よく文句を言っていました。チェックアウト後の階段は物が散乱していて、あまり快適ではありませんでした。 ハイライト：映画ルームでは、ベッドに横になりながらスマートフォンで映し出された映画を見ることができます。マットレスと4点セットは快適で、お湯も熱く、報国寺にも近いです。 全体的に、景勝地に近いエリアとしては価格はかなり手頃です。

I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

12月上旬、高齢者と小さなお子様連れの家族で、ファーヒル・リフレクト・スノー・ホテルに2日間滞在しました。ホテル自体は豪華とは言えませんが、私たちが体験した素晴らしいおもてなしは、この地域を訪れるならぜひ検討する価値があると思います。 特に、ホテルマネージャーの賀さんには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。彼女の親切さと献身的なおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ある朝、朝食を逃してしまったのですが、彼女は美味しい麺類を自ら用意してくれました。タクシーがなかなか見つからず、7人家族を2回に分けて駅まで送ってくれました。このような心のこもったおもてなしと心遣いは滅多にありません。私たち全員にとって忘れられない思い出となりました。 心から大切にされていると感じられる滞在をお探しなら、ここはまさにうってつけです。賀さん、素晴らしいおもてなしをありがとうございました。この経験を大切にし、他の旅行者にも喜んでこのホテルをお勧めしたいと思います。

Overall had a comfortable experience. The location is convenient for visiting the scenic area, and the staff were helpful, especially with arranging transport and giving directions. The room was clean and warm, which was very important after a long day in the cold. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. A good choice if you’re planning to explore Bipenggou and want something practical and comfortable.

私たちの窓の隣にある農家楽レストランで夜にパーティーが開かれていたことを除いて、すべてが順調でした。それ以外の場合、快適なスペース、雰囲気、朝食（コーヒーがありました!!）、ホットタブはありますか？温泉なのかジャグジーなのかは分かりませんが、疲れて部屋から出られなかったので入りませんでした。見た目は素敵ですが、専用の浴槽がたくさんあるので、共有する必要はありません。

This hotel is highly recommended with its nice facilities such as a mahjong table and a hot spring. The rooms are spacious and features a sleek minimalistic design. My family and I enjoyed their state of the art projector that had a plethora of movies and shows to watch. Down the street lies a cozy cafe where families and couples can relax and enjoy warm drinks. The location of this hotel is good considering that the national park is only 5 minutes from here. However, there are not many restaurants near this hotel considering it is in the outskirts. Overall, this hotel is great for a cozy and convenient stay and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a grand yet affordable stay in Bipenggou.
