部屋の設備は、温水洗浄便座がないなど多少古さを感じさせますが、それ以外は現代の水準に追いついていると思います。さすがは国際的なホテルだけあり、大きな宴会場や茶室、温泉施設もあり、ロボットによるサービスまであります。ベッドリネンは真っ白で清潔でした。2015年開業ですが、全く古さを感じさせません。ホテルの立地は最高で、離堆公園駅を出ると目の前にホテルがあり、仰天窩広場もすぐ隣、灌県古城はホテルの向かいにあり、ホテルの窓から見下ろすことができます。観光スポットへは徒歩でアクセス可能です。南橋ビューの部屋からは、南橋の青い涙のライトアップや灌県古城、仰天窩のパンダを見ることができます。都江堰を訪れるなら、このホテルを強くお勧めします。

Location is good with eateries n convenience stores next and opposite the hotel. Staff is helpful and responds promptly to our requests. Due to the short time period we have, we could not have time to enjoy the additional facilities and special service/voucher offered in our bookings.

別荘に足を踏み入れると、まるで間違って楽園に入ってしまったような気分になります。全体的な建築様式は独特である 温泉は間違いなくこの別荘の魂です。清潔で整然としており、水は澄んでいます。 部屋は清潔で整頓されており、プロジェクターも備わっている ホテルのレストランは味覚を大いに満足させます。朝食には、熱々の中華粥、揚げパン、豆乳から栄養バランスのとれた朝食まで、さまざまな選択肢があります。 ホテルに一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間から、スタッフの熱意を感じることができます。フロントデスクのチェックインは効率的で、旅行のための親切なガイドが付いてきます。ルームサービスはオンコールで利用でき、私が誤って水の入ったコップを倒してしまったとき、スタッフは文句を言わずすぐに片付けて交換してくれました。温泉に入るとき、サービススタッフは適切なタイミングで清潔なタオルを渡し、飲み物を補充し、すべてのプロセスで気を配りながらも押し付けがましくなく、快適で安心できるようにしてくれました。滞在中はまるで自宅にいるかのような感覚が味わえます。

It was such a pleasant stay! The lady helped us a lot with going around Bipenggou area. She also helped us find a driver to Zhegushan. The service here is spectacular. The room is also very comfortable.

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

12月上旬、高齢者と小さなお子様連れの家族で、ファーヒル・リフレクト・スノー・ホテルに2日間滞在しました。ホテル自体は豪華とは言えませんが、私たちが体験した素晴らしいおもてなしは、この地域を訪れるならぜひ検討する価値があると思います。 特に、ホテルマネージャーの賀さんには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。彼女の親切さと献身的なおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ある朝、朝食を逃してしまったのですが、彼女は美味しい麺類を自ら用意してくれました。タクシーがなかなか見つからず、7人家族を2回に分けて駅まで送ってくれました。このような心のこもったおもてなしと心遣いは滅多にありません。私たち全員にとって忘れられない思い出となりました。 心から大切にされていると感じられる滞在をお探しなら、ここはまさにうってつけです。賀さん、素晴らしいおもてなしをありがとうございました。この経験を大切にし、他の旅行者にも喜んでこのホテルをお勧めしたいと思います。

We booked one night hotel at Likuan when we travelled to Bipengou. The location is awesome , it is just less than 1.5 km away from the Bipengou entrance . We contacted the hotel early to get us pick up as they provided pick up and drop off services . As the hotel is at the mountain area , it is impossible to get Didi and ******* there . The hotel is so thoughtful offering wide range of food , ( including ******* cuisine)to serve us ,of course this need to pay . The hotel also offering ******* photography which I enjoyed so much with free 3 pieces of edited photos . Besides, free tea time session is offering to the guest as the welcome food to all the guests. I would like to have special mention to the driver to pick us up and drop us off . He is very polite, kind and provided good services . The hotel room we selected comes with the private mountain spring water tub …. I enjoyed this so much especially during the winter time like this . Recommended hotel to everyone travel to Bipengou .

コンシェルジュのXiao Wuは素晴らしいサービスを提供し、非常にプロフェッショナルです。チェックイン前にご連絡いただければ、お客様のニーズに合わせてお部屋の手配をしたり、荷物を部屋まで送ったりするお手伝いをいたします。滞在中、子供用のアメニティも渡され、質問にも丁寧に答えていただき、とても良かったです。 予約した部屋には毎日洗濯物が2枚ありましたが、ホテルを出るときに戻ってきませんでした。幸いなことに、私はそれを見つけました。私のために送り返してくれました。 さらに、ホテルには朝食と昼食のアクティビティがあり、とても良いです。朝食付きの部屋を予約すると、朝食と交換できます。

素敵なホテル、とても清潔で静か。幹線道路の近くにレストランやコンビニがあります。スタッフは皆フレンドリーでとても親切です。温泉はいいですね。私たちはオフシーズンに行きましたが、ホテルではビュッフェ式朝食の代わりにアラカルトの朝食を提供するゲストがあまりいませんでした。朝食の量も多くて美味しいです。

Had an amazing stay here, very friendly staff and beautiful new, modern rooms with large bathtub and rain shower. Great food in both this hotel as well as their sister hotel and restaurant down the road. Walking distance from entrance to Bipenggou! Highly recommended.
