私たちのlil’bubで短い滞在cayを持つことにしました。mba Sitiで迎えられました。私たちの1BRヴィラは素晴らしかった。清潔で、アメニティはaliteで、もっと良いかもしれません。Lil’bubはバスタブが大好きです。私たちのリルのバブのためのモッツィエ抵抗に感謝します。スタッフが私たちが通り過ぎるたびに私たちを迎えました!滞在中はとても快適に感じました。カミューラと楽しい滞在ができました。間違いなく再び戻ってくるでしょう😍マイナスポイントは朝食です!次の滞在中に改善を見ることを願っています! 💙

ビンタンのフォーポイント バイ シェラトンで素晴らしい滞在ができました。過去にビンタンのリゾートに何度か泊まったことがありますが、今回はこの新しいリゾートに泊まってみようと思いました。プラットフォームに部屋の写真がほとんどなかったので、決めるのに時間がかかりました。リゾートは新しいハードウェア設備だけでなく、フロントデスク (カレブ氏とレディ氏) からレストラン (ディマス氏) まで、素晴らしいサービスも提供してくれました。誕生日の部屋の飾り付けをしてくれたハウスキーピング チームと、誕生日のお祝いの朝食サプライズをしてくれたダイニング チームに感謝します。また来ます :)

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Indigo Hotel, and it more than met our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A special touch was the thoughtful wedding anniversary decorations and the delicious chocolate cake left in our room – a delightful surprise that made our celebration even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place that offers excellent service, comfort, and special touches, Indigo Hotel is definitely the place to stay!

部屋は実際かなり新しくて素敵で、プライベートビーチも素敵です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。ドリンクは美味しいです。でも次回はもっと良いヴィラスタイルのためにバンヤンツリーを検討します。アクティビティコーディネーターのベニーは良いのですが、彼が企画したアクティビティは発表されていません。もっと宣伝して、ちゃんとしたジム/スタジオをお勧めします。 しかし、ホテルの部屋の設備については不快な経験でした。チェックイン時に停電が4回ありました。エアコンは何度も壊れていて、エンジニアを呼んで修理してもらわなければなりませんでした。さらに最悪なのは、蛇口とシャワーの水が実は茶色だったことです。私たちは本当に気持ち悪かったです！知らずにシャワーを浴びていたので、チェックアウト時に初めて気づきました。ホテルのスタッフと話をしましたが、trip.comで予約したので、何も補償できませんでした。trip.comがホテルと連絡を取って補償してくれることを願っています。次回の訪問時に無料で宿泊するか、アップグレードしてくれるかもしれません。

ナトラでの滞在は楽しかったです。スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切で、記念日の飾り付けのリクエストにも応えてくれました。また、早めのチェックインや遅めのチェックアウトも手伝ってくれました。フェリーターミナルのすぐそばにあり、無料のシャトルサービスもあります。朝食ビュッフェも美味しく、選択肢も豊富でした。 部屋は素敵に飾られており、ホテル自体のコンセプトも素敵でした。ただし、ここはグランピングスタイルなので、部屋にはちゃんとした壁がなく、外の音がはっきりと聞こえることを覚悟してください。私たちの部屋はレストランの近くにあり、夜はライブバンドがいて、10:30pmまで大音量で音楽を演奏していました。早めに休むことができませんでした。 タオルのチェックなど、ハウスキーピングを改善する必要があります。シミのあるタオルと穴の開いたタオルがありました。 しかし、全体的には良い滞在でした。ちょっとした小旅行におすすめです。

バンヤンツリーでの滞在は魔法でした。ビーチ、プールサイド、ヴィラは素晴らしく、リゾート全体のサービスは天国です。レセプションのソフィアンからハウスキーピングスタッフ、プールサイドチームまで、すべてのスタッフがあなたの滞在を楽しませてくれます。ガラス瓶に冷たい水を常に提供することから、ゴルフバギーで迎えに行くことまで、スタッフはあなたの滞在を楽にするためにたゆまぬ努力をしています。ホテルの設備を利用し、テニスをしたり、小さなジムを利用したり、マウンテンバイクに乗ったり、ウミガメのリリースを見たり、素晴らしいビーチバーベキューをしたりしました。天気が曇っている場合は、リラックスできることがたくさんありました。チームはまた、私の誕生日を特別にするために、部屋に花とタオルのアートがあり、誕生日の歌を歌いました-本当に完璧です!夕食はケロンシーフードレストランに行くことをお勧めします。ホテルでの朝食は素晴らしかったが、リゾートやそれ以外の場所でワインが非常に高価であることがわかったので、おそらくいくつか持ってきてください。ランチのカシアホテルでのインドネシア料理は美味しく、旅行する価値がありました。私たちは、空港で私たちを集めたドライバー、ハリスを使って、あらゆる遠足やマッサージなどの外出をしました。要するに、素晴らしい、リラックスした、ユニークな休日です!

リゾートでパートナーの誕生日を祝いました。ホテルがケーキを用意し、ベッドを飾ってサプライズしてくれました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、質問やリクエストにもすぐに対応してくれました。日中は暑かったのですが、ホテルがエアコンの調整を手伝ってくれて、新しいファンを持ってきてくれて、より快適に過ごせました。強くお勧めします。

部屋は少し古く、ドアの鍵が壊れていて、ドアを閉めるのが困難でした。セントラルエアコンが寒い！最後にエアコンを消して快適に過ごしました。ホテルのプライベートビーチは美しく、日の出を見るのに最適です。インフィニティプールは最も賞賛に値します👍。ここはゆっくりとした休暇を過ごすのに最適な場所です。

清潔さは 4/5 と評価しました。ほぼ完璧に清潔でしたが、部屋にゴキブリがいました。これは自然の中にあるリゾートのせいではないかもしれません。このリゾートは、家族やカップルで静かな隠れ家的な場所を探している場合に最適です。冒険する必要はありません。しかし、リゾートからフェリーまでは長いドライブなので、旅程に移動時間を考慮する必要があります。私は家族と一緒に行きましたが、敷地内の農場は子供がウサギ、ニワトリ、魚に餌をやっていてとても楽しかったです。担当者のキキさんはとてもフレンドリーで、よく対応してくれました。子供向けのアクティビティクラブもあります。サービスは完璧でした。誰もがフレンドリーで、私たちのニーズに気を配ってくれました。また行きたいです。料金に加えて 21% の税金 (サービス料と政府税) がかかることに注意してください。
