Excellent stay here in May 2024 for a Band contest at the winter gardens, comfy beds, amazing English breakfast, and very friendly and welcoming owners. Would 100% recommend, bar was well stocked and could keep up with the demand of the drinking habits of us brass banders, and a delicious buffet was served. Excellent stay

Just stayed for the weekend with our band for the annual spring festival contest at the winter gardens. We have been staying at the Charnley Gold for the last few years and will continue to rebook every year as long as we are in the contest! The owners are amazing and meet every single one of your needs during your visit. Accommodating our full band, providing us with the ability to rehe**** in their dining room, making a buffet for us on the evening of the contest following with a full English breakfast cooked to perfection the next morning. All staff are amazing as always. What’s better is that it is only a short walk to the town centre and sea front! Thank you Charnley Gold for another incredible weekend and we will see you next year!

Best hotel in blackpool, Been going for 20+ years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Martyn and Annabelle, are extremely welcoming and loving - great with children.

I started going to charnley Gold in 2015 with a lovely group of friends and family Annabelle and Martin are one of the nicest landlord and landlady you will ever meet they have great staff who are very friendly and make you very welcome and cook a marvelous breakfast, So ladies and gentlemen if you ever go the blackpool and need somewhere to stay charnley Gold is the one xx

Home after 3 great nights. We have been staying here for around 15 years now and can't see us staying anywhere else in Blackpool. Martyn and Annabella are lovely people and we have became good friends. The breakfast is superb which sets you up for the day ahead. Already booked to go back in August.

As a trio of friends, we visit Blackpool every February for the Magic Convention. The Charnley Gold is perfectly situated within walking distance of the Winter Gardens and some great restaurants. Annabella and Martyn are the perfect hosts. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast (and the kitchen staff) is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Stayed in this hotel for a few days and the hotel is absolutely lovely. Annabelle and Martin made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was delicious. Room was very nice, well heated and very clean, would highly recommend!!

On arrival the hotel was lovely and well presented. The landlord gave us a really warm welcome. The room was lovely and clean. Lovely crisp white sheets ☺️ Breakfast was amazing really tasty. Overall a fab weekend 10/10. Really well priced

Stopping at charnley gold again annabell and Martyn very welcoming very nice to see them again and the breakfast was great went for breakfast one morning and needed mountaining gear to conquer the amount of breakfast I got and was great to meet some of annabells and martyns family love coming here to stay
